Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

55 m2 apartment on the first floor of a small building, where there is an entrance terrace shared with the adjacent apartment covered by a portico. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa, small terrace for exclusive use. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a single bed and a washing machine and an entrance hallway where there is a single bed + single pull-out bed and from where you can access the bathroom with shower (without box). It does not have a private parking space but there is a large free public parking in front of the house.

- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
