We are in Portoferraio, on the 11th floor of the skyscraper a famous building on the harbor, surrounded by a 360° panoramic landscape, with views of the city and the rugged coastline of the island. Portoferraio itself is a charming historic town, known for its medieval architecture, including Forte Falcone and Forte Stella, as well as for its close ties to Napoleon Bonaparte, who was exiled to Elba in 1814.
This port is not only a functional port, but also a place where visitors can enjoy picturesque views and access various tourist destinations on the island. You will find all the necessary services (bars, shops, supermarkets, bus station) as well as the proximity to the tourist marina of the city, a pedestrian area in the evening overlooking a suggestive seafront, and the wonderful beach of Ghiaie which is 500 m away on foot.

Important Notes:
- registration is required even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the structure
- groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
