The resort looks good at first but it needs a serious renovation. This resort has not been unkept and is definitely not a 5 star place to stay, maybe 20 years ago but not now. The food was bad. I mean we stay at many places but this was like I want to get out of here.

The hotel handled the mismatch of our bookings with Expedia and their own confirmation details horribly. Effectively blaming the guests and putting the onus to fix the problem on the guests of their own property. There were so many things they could have done to resolve the issue smoothly and retain us as their customers but they failed miserably to the point where they actually gave misleading information about the room availabilities. Expedia managed to clear up the incidence for us after just one call. Thank you. Unfortunately for this hotel, we’ll never be back.

我們住的是Royal suite，空間、景觀、室內室外設計都充滿美感，亦和自然環境融合，屋於此中有如屋於一件大型藝術品中。然而作為家庭旅遊，這房顯得有點不合適，尤其是有小孩同行，旋轉樓梯扶手空隙太闊，對小孩造成危險，泳池時有落葉和蟲子，無論是客飯廳，以至酒店餐廳都有許多蒼蠅飛來飛去，趕之不盡，而廁所和浴室去水系統更是令人困擾。

Very nice resort ideal for a peaceful stay

The X2 resort is ideal if you are looking to truly relax, and get away from a busy day. The rooms, facilities and service is great - dont expect there to be anything else close by (shops, restaurants, etc.), for that you have to drive. You can rent a scooter, or, hire a driver for that. We stayed for 3 nights which was ideal, staying for longer would make me want to do something more active - but thats my personal taste. Great stay overall
