Fine for short trip

Being a single traveller you nearly always get the slightly worse room and this was no exception. I reported several faults in the room - horrible smell , washbasin plug didn't work, light over the washbasin didn't work, but nothing was changed during my visit. I was charged twice for the accommodation and although I got a refund fairly quickly i didn't get an apology nor a refund of the currency convertion my bank charged. As I didn't get there until late I wasn't prepared to argue even though I could show that I'd already paid in full. But breakfast is good and the waiting staff was excellant. Close to the metro and central Prague.

Weekend break

The hotel rooms are large, characterful, and more than adequately comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. Location great for town centre and Metro. Breakfast buffet was average, but all in all a very good offer for the price. Downside was excessive street noise from drunken revellers (there is a pub nearby) going on at intervals up to 2 am on both nights. A room facing away from the road would have made it perfect.

Pieni, kodikas, siisti hotelli. Hiljainen sijainti, avulias henkilökunta. Aamiainen melko yksipuolinen, mutta riittävä. Suosittelen tätä hotellia muillekin.

All was great, I got a very nice room, The staff was good, and the receptionist lady Irena was great and so kind all the time during my stay at hotel Anna 10.11- 21.11.2022.So thank you to all the staff, I highly recommended this nice hotel !!! Greetings from Finland !!! Regards, Pekka (room 501)

Hotelli on pieni ja rauhallinen, aamiaishuone on kiva ja aamiainen hyvä, hotellista on hyvät yhteydet metrolla ja raitiovaunulla, lähistöllä paljon ravintoloita.

Viehättävä ja rauhallinen hotelli hyvien liikenneyhteyksien päässä kaikesta nähtävästä. Vaikka hotelli ei sijaitse ihan keskustassa, löytyi läheltä hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Erittäin palvelualtista henkilöstöä respassa.

Very nice and small hotel in Vinohrady

Pros: easy connection to city center and many restaurants nearby, nice breakfast in fresh air, friendly staff, good wifi
Cons: air conditioning could be included in room price
Location: The location is good and you can easily visit any part of the town, nice restaurants nearby
We stayed five nights in Anna Hotel and enjoyed our stay. Room was large and shower was with good water pressure. We didn't have air conditioning but we kept window open at night.
