Pictures of the bar and lobby are spot on… rooms and bathrooms not so much. One elevator wouldn’t let you tap the card for the floor you were going to and a number of people got stuck. My friend tried the stairs and got locked in and couldn’t get out. The guy at the desk wasn’t concerned at all. I went searching and listening for her screams of terror.

Love this place. Good value, clean and in the best location! I always give 5* to this property but this time I had a room on a corner where I was awoken both mornings early by staff smashing about, cleaning rooms above and next to me and making crazy noise. First time I’ve had a room here with such thin walls and ceiling. Will always recommend staying here though as it’s fab!
