Excellent location! The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The lobby bar and restaurant have great options and the breakfast has a ridiculous amount of delicious options. Highly recommend.

The hotel was conviently located within walking distance to the Old Town Square . Plenty of nice restaurants and things to see and do. Hotel breakfast was plentiful and varied Servicing the rooms was a bit spasmodic. Never sure what would be left. Amenities in the room were a bit sparse for a hotel of its class. Reception and concierge information was quite varied. Sometimes accurate, sometimes not

Firstly, the room had absolutely no soundproofing. You could hear everyone talking and walking in the corridor, as well as conversations even their sneezing from the next room late at night. Secondly, the TV unexpectedly turned on by itself in the morning while we were sleeping, blasting sound. It was truly alarming and disruptive. Thirdly, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, making it uncomfortable to use. The heater in the bathroom not working. The staffs were very nice, but the hardware and facilities are seriously lacking. Without addressing the soundproofing issues, how can the hotel provide a relaxing and restful stay? No matter how good the service is, it won’t make up for these fundamental problems.
