Not fully all inclusive. Verrrrry restrictive! Not allowed more than 2 dinners at the restaurants in a 5 night stay! Couldn’t have top Brand alcohol. Was reserved for vip only. Which is the vacation program, much like a timeshare. You don’t get alllll the all inclusive unless you spend $20,000 on the program. It’s a scam.

En general todo esta bien. Lo unico que no me gusto mucho fue la variedad de comida en desayuno. Llegamos al hotel a las 10 am y pagos $50 extras para que nos dieran la habitación al momento y resulto que nos la dieron a las 2pm y una recomendación para el hotel es que cambien esas manillas

It was my first time there. The receptionist at the front desk (Karen) was very kind upon check in. The Japanese restaurant was awesome. We celebrated my mom’s birthday there and the cake and champagne package were great! Also the swim up room for my parents was beautiful! Great place!

Everything was wonderful until the appointment to become a member of the suites and longterm investment. I dont like the wsy this happened and being a adult and controlling myself i will leave this at that. You never know who you are working with and what they can afford especially speaking to someone.

The staff is very attentive and helpful. The hotel have a potential to become a solid 4 stars resort but they need to take care of certain things, for example the pools are in need of maintenance, same thing in the rooms. My overall experience was good, I hope they take in consideration this actionable feedback.

We stayed at one of the newer rooms and it was clean and updated. The resort was a good size. Has one main dinning hall and 3 restaurants that require reservations. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The beach was clean. Downside is the alcoholic drinks. If you are not a member you get bottom bottom shelf liquor. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

No english tv, all in spanish. If all you want to do is sit by the pool and drink, this is for you. There is nothing else to do. Staff only speak spanish and it is so hard to tell them what you need. If you are a tea drinker, forget it. The one thing I did like is being able to smoke freely except in the room of course.
