Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit Garten

Vorab: Das FH liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, eine schöne Terrasse mit geschützten Gartenbereich wird geboten und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich.Man sollte aber keinen hohen Wohnkomfort erwarten, die Möbel sind merklich schon eine geraume Zeit im Einsatz, gleiche Weingläser nur 2, Besteck aus vielen verschiedenen Serien und im Sanitärbereich muss man vorsichtig z.B. mit der Toilettenspülung umgehen. Das Einkaufs-Center City.Mall ist fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten haben wir unsere Touren Strand, Kolosseum usw. mit dem Auto gemacht.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren eine Woche mit meiner Mutter und unseren zwei Kindern 6 und 14 Jahre dort. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Es mangelt dort an nichts. An unserem Anreistag bekamen wir per WhatsApp eine Nachricht der Besitzer, wann wir ungefähr ankommen würden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren bereitgelegt. Bei der Küchenausstattung mangelt es eigentlich an nichts. Es gibt sogar Spülmaschinen Tabs, Backpapier, Kaffeefilter, Gewürze usw. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Sommerurlaub mit Kindern und Hund

Wir haben uns im Urlaub zuhause gefühlt, Haus mit Platz und tolle Ausgangsbasis zu vielen tollen Buchten, WIFI für die Teenies und der Hund konnte auf dem Grundstück nicht abhauen. Wir hätten noch bleiben wollen!

Lækkert hus i roligt kvarter

Virkelig fint hus med gode faciliteter. Tre pæne soverum med god skabsplads, stor stue og fin overdækket terrasse. Ligger dog lidt langt fra centrum og strand, så bil/cykel er nødvendigt. Og et meget flinkt værtspar, som er meget fleksible og hjælpsomme. Internetadgang virker men er ikke hurtigt - tålmodighed påkrævet.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hunden. Super-Lage für Gassi-gehen - direkt gegenüber ist ein Naturpark, und umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehweite - dabei liegt die Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet im Vorort von Pula.

Alles was man braucht

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (15 und 19), die beide ihr eigenes Zimmer brauchten und hatten. Wohnung wurde unlängst renoviert (Böden, Türen, Fenster,…). Obwohl unmittelbar am Stadtrand, ist die Lage ausgesprochen ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man in 25 Minuten im Zentrum, mit dem Auto in 5 Min. Zu den Pula-Stränden mit dem Auto, je nach Lage 5 - 15 Minuten. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar G. ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ferienwohnung in Pula Kroatien

Das Haus ist sauber und vor kurzem renoviert worden. Es hat alles gehabt, was man so braucht. Das WLan funktionierte auch gut. Einzig die Matratzen waren alle ein bisschen hart. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch gut, man ist zentral gelegen. Nette Gastgeber.

Tolle Unterkunft und herzliche Gastgeber!

Super nette und herzliche Gastgeber (u.a. schnelle Antworten und ständige Erreichbarkeit). Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, hübsch eingerichtet und vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Das Haus ist gut isoliert, dementsprechend reicht die Klimaanlage auch und Lärm von aussen hört man nicht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wir hatten wirklich eine wunderschöne Zeit da und bedanken uns auf diesem Weg erneut herzlich bei den Gastgebern!

Sehr zentrale Lage, Haus außen neu renoviert, schönes, kleines Grundstück, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Besitzer, Innenausstattung ok, Klimaanlage im ersten Stock, Mobiliar in den 2 zusätzlichen Schlafzimmern spärlich, Herd u. Ofen müssten mal ern. werden, leider kein WLAN vorhanden u. in der Straße kaum Internetempfang. Baustelle gegenüber/ Baulärm

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem top Zustand und so, wie es der Anbieter beschreibt. Die Lage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, es sind doch einige Kilometer zum Strand und liegt zwischen normalen Wohnhäusern.

Ideale Unterkunft mit Garten für Kinder in einem schönen, ruhigen Wohnquartier. Alles vorhanden. Geschmackvoll, geräumig und sauber! Sehr nette u zuverlässige Gastgeber. Einzig störend: Ameisen auf Terasse u Nachbarskatzen. Für Unternehmungen, Strand u Einkäufe sollte man ein Auto haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
