I love all the entertainment. Everyone was so friendly especially Maria, Evelyn, Alexis and last Rocco he was amazing. They treated us like family. Super sweet crowd.

We loved the party pool and entertainment group. Our rooms were big and they are clean on the surface however the doors could be scrubbed better. I would assume due to humidity it is hard to keep spotless clean. Not too many people and fairly easy to get a pool lounge somewhere. Buffet Food has good choices of vegetables and meats. You will find your favorites. Very European menu. Evening entertainment is great fun. I would suggest they start an instagram group for younger guests 18-25 so they can plan to go to nightclub in a group.

The service received from Caesar, Erica and Wander were exceptionally. The bell boy was also very helpful, but Wander deserves an employee of the Century award for always going above and beyond the call of duty.
