First I would like to mention how great the staff was., very nice and attentive. We were there from Wednesday through Sunday and we saw the exact same staff, morning, noon and night. I can’t say enough about how great they were. The resort is very clean and very quiet. The beach area was a little disappointing but that wasn’t the resort fault. We went to the spa and had a wonderful message and hydration therapy. Very nice! Food was really good! I highly recommend this resort.

The property is beautiful, the room was great and the food was outstanding. Ginette and Alix in food service went out of their way to make each meal special. They deserve a big bonus! There needs to be more food options though. There were only 5 restaurants to start with and they are not all open every night so options were somewhat limited.

The pool was great! They said the Sanctuary Town would be open Wednesday-Saturday and because it rained they kept it closed limiting things to do and places to eat to 3 places. The bathtub in our room did not work, the smoke detector in our room kept beeping even after us asking them to fix it, and the mini bar was never stocked unless we specifically called and requested it. They didn’t clean our room 3 days in a row which was very frustrating.

El staff que recibe al invitado debe estar más informado y ser capaz de dar información oportuna de las instalaciones, además de saber escuchar y entender las necesidades del huésped. Sin embargo el staff que se encuentra en los restaurantes y alrededores gozan de una alta calidad y preparación en servicio al cliente , sobresalen Nicole de restaurante Blue Marlin y todas las chicas que están en el Café . Lamentablemente por baja ocupación no todos los restaurantes están disponibles en esta fecha de nuestra visita, cosa que es una lástima al igual que los restaurantes especializados no están disponibles todos los días , si reconocer que la comida es de aparente calidad y muy bien elaborada y como siempre el personal de estos lugares; sobresalientes . Cuenta con 5 piscinas una de ella de agua salada pero está solo puede ser utilizada por aquellos que tienen habitaciones top en el área del castillo, algo que tampoco es comunicado en las distintas plataformas de promo o al momento de realizar la reserva sin importar que se haya preguntando sobre la misma . En general es un buen hotel para adultos “todo incluido” pero no sé si debería llamarle “Luxury”.

Todo estuvo espectacular. Lo único negativo que tengo es el mal olor de la playa y la condición en la que estuvo durante mi estadía. Me gustaría resaltar el buen servicio del bartender del bar de la piscina. Creo que tenía como nombre el “negro”. Es una persona muy amable y muy carismático. Él Hizo mi estadía mucho mejor con su empatía y profesionalismo.

Sanctuary Cap Cana was the perfect all inclusive. The staff went above and beyond to make all guests happy. The atmosphere and outdoor facilities were amazing. The only issue was the excessive seaweed on the shoreline.

The Sanctuary Cap Cana was wonderful! We upgraded and were assigned Carlos as our butler who was absolutely amazing. He made our trip even more worth the stay. Highly recommend.

Realmente no es los que esperábamos mi esposo y yo para no alargar mucho porque tengo mucho que decir. Pero un hotel que cueste $100 la noche tiene mejor servicio que el sanctuary en todos los sentidos no sirves. Te venden habitaciones más grandes dique más privadad pero no vale la pena. No los recomiendo para nada. La playa no sirve y ellos te hacen el checking y no te hacen saber nada. Mi esposo y yo no sentimos como que no robaron 👎👎
