Dreaming about peace & quiet along with privacy and safety? Our home which we call “Peaceful Florida” is located near Punta Gorda on a 2 ½ acres, yet it is close to many activities. You won’t hear sirens or other noise of a town. Instead, you will fully enjoy nature along with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, birds singing, gopher tortuous (rare, protected species), armadillos, and other wildlife you may see.

Peaceful Florida has 3 bedrooms/2 baths with a screened in heated pool and spacious lanai. 2 bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, the third bedroom has a bed of queen size. The house is equipped with all modern amenities. And you will find everything you need for your comfortable stay.

Our decorators mixed styles giving priority to natural materials: lots of wood, lots of stone, lots of light and air. Peaceful Florida has the charm of the old southern tradition combined with modern trends. The lanai has a large covered area where you can enjoy morning coffee and serve dinner. You can use the daybed or the chaise lounge to relax near the pool. There are floats, noodles and beach towels for you as well.

You can walk or ride your bicycle; it is a safe neighborhood where friendly and hardworking people of Florida live. Meanwhile the house has a modern security system is installed.
Like a water view? We got you covered! The house has its own pond and even has a few fish.

If you want, you can bring your boat! The Peace River launch is only 1 mile away and if you like to fish, you can move from brackish to fresh water. You launch your boat in Punta Gorda, fish salt water or take your boat to various beaches! Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring the boat.

Speaking of the beach, Peaceful Florida is within 45 minutes of beaches like Nokomis. It is 1 hour away from Siesta Key or Fort Myers Beaches. Please don’t forget to take beach chairs an umbrella from the garage.

You are 8 miles away from downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman’s village. Enjoy dining out, shopping and various boat tours. You can make a trip to Arcadia. This hidden jewel of Southwest Florida offers the charm of an old town, antique stores, century old theater and one-of-a-kind restaurants. It hosts rodeos and many other events throughout the year! If you are in a mood to explore, keep going to Lake Placid and onto Okeechobee Lake, along the way you will see Florida’s many cattle ranches, orange groves and sugar cane plantations. As you reach the everglades, you can take Airboat tours through a sea of sawgrass or through a mangrove forest and see wild alligators, raccoons, many birds and if you are lucky, you can even see bears and panthers!

After a day on the beach or fishing or exploring you can come home and relax at Peaceful Florida and recharge for another beautiful day!
