Featuring a spacious open-concept design, a swimming pool, and the best of indoor/outdoor living, come experience the best that Florida has to offer!

Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodation for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

This waterfront paradise was designed to give you the best opportunities to enjoy our incredible Florida weather! With our warm and sunny climate, it’s no surprise that we’ve perfected the art of indoor/outdoor living at its finest! This backyard features an outdoor swimming pool, a 220-foot dock, and waterfront access. After, enjoy some time on the covered patio, which also features a wet bar for your convenience.

★ OTHER AMENITIES ★

Free parking is available to all guests in the 2-car garage or on the driveway. If additional parking is needed, vehicles can park on the neighborhood streets as well.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

*Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all time. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

Please note pets are not allowed.

★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

★ SPA HEATING ★

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
