We had a great stay. The spa was amazing and the staff very kind. The food court and bar staff were all kind and welcoming. Everything was great except for the roof top bar. I understand the weather was not great but you should still provide great service. The person at the desk was nice but not helpful in any way. Otherwise the entire stay was great. Hated to have to say anything negative.

The resort is excellent. Exceptional service and all mod cons and quality fittings in the rooms. Ideal for crashing poolside for a few days. However, there isn’t much to do in the area if it is raining. There are occupancy problems as Allegiant are trying to sell the majority shareholding.

Beautiful resort/facility but needs something to draw people in. For the most part, it offers the same as any other hotel. The only difference is it has multiple food options. Rooms rates should be less to, get people in, to spend money.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Very beautiful rooms with a great view. I was hoping to see the sunset or sunrise from the harbor view rooms but you have to go up to the roof top pool to watch the sunset. It was still a very nice place with super nice staff!
