The staff was excellent, the building was perfectly clean, and smells amazing, the room was perfect. The restaurants were great too. You can find everything in the hotel. I never spect something like that, because I visited a lot of different hotels in different cities and categories, but no one likes this one. We love it.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Sunseeker Resort for my birthday with my Family. The suites, rooms, and amenities were beautiful, but the view is breathtaking and the staff across the suites were attentive and welcoming. Special thanks to Oriana and David at Copper Cask for their amazing hospitality, Andy the bellman for being so kind and helpful you are the best, and Gabriela at the Adults Pool for her excellent service. They truly made our experience memorable. On the other hand, the pool manager’s someone nicknamed ”CUZ” his attitude was unprofessional—sarcastic and dismissive both with guests and staff. Several other guests mentioned similar concerns. At the main pool, a server named Krissy who we asked for help came across as unfriendly and rude. One area where the resort could improve is entertainment. Since there isn’t much to do in the surrounding area, guests spend most of their time on-site. It would be wonderful to see more daytime activities by the pools, and for the music and live entertainment to better reflect the diversity of guests. Many Spanish-speaking visitors stay at this resort, so offering a mix of English and Spanish music and events would make the atmosphere more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, the resort is stunning, the view is breathtaking and the resort has so much potential. With small improvements in entertainment, it could easily become one of the top destinations In the area.

This resort has a lot of growing pains to maneuver through before I go back. First night we got in late & had no hot water to shower & was told to be patient. Understandable if there’s an issue. This place nickel & dimes you for everything every other resort gives you complimentary. $39 a day resort fee is ridiculous & then add the $25 a day self park fee. Food options were a food court. None of their QR codes to access menus or check in work properly. No dine in room service. Bars & food close early if they are open (weird hours). $600 for 2 nights & it wasn’t up to par. I’ll go back to Wyvern or the Sheraton when I come home to visit my family.

The room we were assigned was near elevator and we were able to hear everyone that talking and walking by. This made an early nights sleep very tuff. The water pressure was less than expected in shower, and the beds did not have fitted sheets. Staff around the property were friendly and helpful. If you choose to stay here ask for a room not in a high traffic area and it should be better than our experiance.
