Live the Tuscan dream in this stunningly renovated 17th-century farmhouse, in the heart of the Chianti hills! Casale al Sole has been a refuge and a peaceful retreat for many years. It has magnificent views across unspoiled countryside and makes a wonderful holiday destination throughout the year.
The house, which sleeps 6 people, has two floors. The ground floor includes a loggia and a wine room where guests can try the fine, local Chianti wines.
Upstairs, there is another loggia with panoramic views across the vineyards and the village of Radda in Chianti. Here guests can enjoy meals al fresco. Indoors, the spacious living area retains the original terracotta tiled floors and high beamed ceilings. The living area is furnished with a sofa, wooden dining table and chairs and a large, open fireplace not working. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and Moka coffee maker.
The garden is approximately 1 hectare and surrounds the house. There is a BBQ area with a table and chairs for relaxed meals.

Bedroom 1: The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has an antique, wooden double bed, with a wardrobe, and a door leads out onto a small balcony with wonderful views.
Bedroom 3: Up 3 steps from bedroom 2, this charming room has a double bed with a sofa, large wardrobe and its own wood-burning stove. Steps lead from this room down to the 2nd bathroom

Bathroom 1: Off the main living room this split bathroom has a basin in the first room and the second room includes a shower, bidet, washing machine and WC.
Bathroom 2: Off bedroom 3, this large, stylish bathroom includes a full bath with showerhead, basin and WC.

IMPORTANT: To access the property you have to drive 1.5 km along dirt road, the last 900 m must be driven very carefully as it is a stretch of steep unpaved country road through the vineyards. The road becomes narrower and steeper, so it is advisable to keep a steady pace without acceleration. It is not suitable for low cars.
Location
Despite its secluded location, the house is close to the village of Radda in Chianti (10 minute\'s drive) where guests will find various shops selling Italian handicrafts, typical local ingredients and delicacies.
The house is in the heart of Chianti Classico which gives guests a wide choice of vineyards to visit for tasting and buying excellent local wines.
All the gems of Tuscany are within easy reach, from Florence (1 hour), Siena (50 minute) and Arezzo (1 hour 10 minutes) to smaller towns like San Gimignano (50 minutes), famous for its medieval towers.
For fashion lovers, the famous Mall in Incisa Valdarno (1 hour) is an Alladin’s Cave of discounted designer outlets from famous Italian brands, including Fendi, Gucci and Armani. Prada’s outlet, Space Outlet, is in Levane (38 minutes).
The closest airports are Florence, (1 hour) or Pisa, which is 1 hour and 50 minutes away.
