Great design of the space with covered by the roof place in the street
Space is designed very well for stay especially with children: an open area is covered by the roof that protects from the sun in the afternoon and allows to be in the street as much time as you wish, two bedrooms (one with double bed and another with two single), a dining room with a folding sofa and a kitchen amenities (which we have not used at all because of the same in the street), two toilets (one inside, another next to the open area), both with douche, a garage, a space for having a rest next to a lawn. A lot of space for the accommodation of 2 adults and 3 children. It's nice to seat in the evening with the glass of wine when lights along the lawn are switched on.
The dining -room is secluded from the street by a panel made full in glass, so a lot of light inside and due to the blinds the sun doesn't disturb.
It's about 5-7 min to the beach but you have a real silence in the evening. Opposite in case of living in the centre just next to the sea the noise is huge, no privacy at all.
I like this apartment.
As an alternative (I mean privacy and silence), you could consider villas situated on the far right from the centre piazza (if stay front to the sea) - there is a bicycle road along with them, beautiful view and silence.
