We are in the ideal position to visit the 8 Late Baroque Cities (UNESCO Heritage) of the Val Di Noto (South Eastern Sicily), to enjoy the sun of the sea and the wonderful golden sandy beaches of the southern coast of Sicily (just 4 km from the village) and to taste the foods of our Ragusa and Sicilian tradition. Binding Rules and Conditions, under penalty of non-acceptance of the booking: Casavacanzekastalia: The 3 holiday homes, only from the second week of June to the third of September, are rented only for weekly or multiple week rentals, with entry on Saturday afternoon (from 3pm: 00) and exit on Saturday morning by 09:00. For all other periods, rentals are also accepted for less than a week.
Another important rule: only from April to May, the services offered by the tourist village are optional, therefore if you want to use the services you must pay on site, apart from, optionally, the club card at a cost of €6. .00 per person for each day of use of the services (I repeat optional).
The price obviously always refers to the whole house.

In the Athena Resort Tourist Village, one of the houses we have is the holiday homekastalia 3 "La Blu", on the main avenue of the Village, in the center between the hotel and the Olympic swimming pool area, the very comfortable house with all the comforts, both for summer and winter, located on the first floor, equipped with 6 beds, consists of - Double bedroom with air conditioning/heat pump, TV and mosquito nets and balcony overlooking the private green area on the entrance and parking side car - Bedroom with 2 single beds (can become a double bed if needed) and window with mosquito net - Bathroom complete with all amenities, hairdryer and washing machine. The living room with table, a double sofa bed, complete kitchen with kitchenette (4 burners plus oven), refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, kettle and everything needed for cooking (pots and pans), dishes, etc, everything needed for cleaning, TV, room also air conditioned, with mosquito nets, with large balcony with partial sea view.
The holiday home is located 2 steps from the central area where the whole day unfolds (2 steps from the hotel, 2 steps from the pool area, bar, amphitheater, and 2 steps from the parking area of the shuttle to the sea).
