This hotel is slightly difficult to find, being located near a busy motorway junction, your GPS likely gives you a last minute turn here now prompt. The hotel does have a elevator, but it is located in an illogical location, (far from the usual close to reception position). The room was a reasonable size and every thing worked as it should. Like most USA hotels the only way of boiling water in the room is to use the coffee maker without a coffee bag, you can go down to reception to get a hot drink of tea, coffee or others. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection of hot and cold items. You would not stay stay this hotel if you didn't have a car, you can not walk to anything.

First day we got there, the bed and room was not made. We notified staff and they offered us a new room. Next day the key cards did not work. The day after that the housekeeper attempts to open the door while we’re sleeping. Everyday it was something. Do not recommend. The only thing pleasant is the front desk staff.

The hotel is a little old and dated, but it was still really clean. The patio & pool were gorgeous, staff was very friendly and approachable, the room was clean, area was safe. They also had a really nice lobby, bar, and dining area. I enjoyed my stay here over all!! Especially for the price!

If a continental breakfast is important to you, skip this one. Breakfast was really bad and we don't have high standards. The coffee was good, that's about it. Hotel itself is dated and the air conditioner was really loud and kept us up most the night kicking on and off. Sorry to say we can't recommend this location.

Property is quite large and the grounds outside are beautiful and well kept. The inside of the hotel itself is very old and smells moldy/smokey throughout. Hotel was a great location to walk to Lenovo to watch the hockey game. Safe and took about 15 minutes to walk there and avoid the $65 parking charge at the arena. Breakfast was ok at best. Would probably skip it next time as not great. I would stay there again only if looking to be close to Lenovo. Price point is very reasonable.
