Great location, friendly and caring staff. Bed and pillows were a bit firm, but the hotel is a comfortable place to stay while exploring Ravenna. Good breakfast, too! I’d stay here again, for sure.

Great location in the heart of Ravenna with everything accessible by foot. Good breakfast selection. The only issue I had was with the bed. It was too hard and the pillow was way too flat. Overall, it was a decent one night stay prior to catching the cruise.

A superb stay

We had an amazing stay in Copenhagen. Much was due to the great location of the hotel - near the shops, restaurants, a great cafe down the road, near the art museum. We had breakfast at the hotel each day - a selection of everything you could want. We also dined at the hotel - the service was friendly, attentive and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the linen hood quality.

This was a wonderful hotel for cruise travelers! The concierge was warm and welcoming, helping us to acquire a taxi the next day to the port (half hour away). The hotel itself is classic, with lots of marble and granite, a small but efficient elevator, easy internet access, clean rooms, big bed options, and a nice neighborhood. It was everything we had hoped for!
