The property is a real gem! Overall the place is super clean, modern and tastefully decorated! The rooms may be compact however there was space under the bed (we were in a movie hub) for storage of cases, and adequate space for sleeping and getting changed! The bathroom facilities were always clean, towels available whenever needed from the city guide. Hot tub is an added bonus and perfect for chilling! The location was the best feature in our opinion, one street over from the Main Street full of restaurants and bars, within walking distance to most of what the city has to offer! We had a hire car and a few streets over was parking zone P3 which is extremely reasonably priced and free on weekends! Highly recommend!

I've heard of capsule hotels before, so this was a good first one to try. The staff was supportive, the areas were clean and checked. Good food area. Nice for the few days I was in the city

Very kind and helpful staff

Check in was easy, the room was clean and everything was easy to access. The staff was very helpful with transport to the airport as well, thinking about what would be best for us.

So this is a mixed bag review. Love the concept and the hotel itself is really nice, well run, and convenient. The convenience machine was out of order and they ran out of beer at the bar, but otherwise it’s a nice facility. The problem ended up being that I had a massive case of jet lag that triggered claustrophobic panic due to the small, somewhat cramped, room. So I had to leave and get another, more traditional, hotel. That said, the staff were AMAZING in helping me out. The hot tub is great and the overall atmosphere is cozy. If you’re ok with small spaces and only staying for a night or two I think this ks a great option.

We had a great time at CityHub, the staff was really helping while planning adventures during our stay, little issues with the ventilation in the capsules, it got slightly stuffy and the apps had it’s moments. I wish there were more resources available, for breakfast and the machines being more functional. Overall, good experience.

Great location and price but very hot

Great location and price for a quirky hotel. It had every amenity I could ask for, but the temperature inside the capsule was very uncomfortable. The listing indicated air-conditioning and heating. After checking in we found out that we need to download an app to control the lights and ventilation. The problem was that I could only select ventilation boost on or off, but there was no change. I woke up multiple times dripping with sweat. I Raven took a cold shower at 2:00am but it didn’t help. This room is perfect if you enjoy sleeping in a hot room without air flow.

Great location, central to downtown for shopping and all the restaurants. Rooms are small but comfortable, has RBG lighting and Bluetooth speakers by the beds. Definitely differentiates Cityhub against and other hotel and I would recommend staying here as a solo traveler
