Room, bed, showers and communal areas all really clean. Superb location for bars and food, plus only a 4 min walk to bus stations 6 and 14 where all the trips seemed to pick up from. Staff were really helpful and friendly assisting with check-in and phoning a taxi when requested.

As a solo traveler, I highly recommend this hostel! The City Hosts were so kind, cheerful, & ready to help! You could tell they enjoy their job. :) The pods were wonderful! It felt like a good, private escape when I needed to rest after adventuring. The lights and Bluetooth speakers were a fun touch!! The bathrooms were ALWAYS clean. Only complaint was my door to my pod wouldn’t latch on its own… it visually looked like it did, but then I’d have to pull/push it all the way shut. Thankfully, the vibes were good from the other guests, but it did make me anxious to know someone might be able to just push open my door when I was away if I didn’t remember to pull it shut upon leaving. But— not that big of a deal for how good the quality was of everything else! Highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!!

My main reason for staying here was it was half the price of anywhere else. The location is great as you can walk anywhere from here. The pods are fairly quiet and the facilities are kept clean.

The rooms were spotless! The staff were very helpful & friendly! Storm was extremely kind & gave lots of tips for sightseeing! Cityhub is very central ! Lovely rooftop hot tub too!

Cityhub was exactly what I needed. The pod was lovely, very clean and with enough space. I loved all the light settings and being able to disable and enable ventilation. I would leave at 8 a.m. and not come back until 00:30. So it was a great place for quiet and to lay my head. I knew I wasn’t going to be in the hotel much, so I didn’t want to pay crazy prices for hotels. So this worked out great and was reasonably priced. The host, Isabella, was lovely when I arrived. Very helpful. It was also nice being able to pick a pod, either top or bottom. Also a midday check out time was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay.

it was so clean and it smelled so good. they had a vending machine if you forgot toiletries and that stood out to me. i didn’t have issues with noise. my bed was very big and comfy. i can’t wait to come back.
