Great location

Enjoyable stay away. Hostel well placed for bus stop 4. Bars and restaurants in town also the harbour for trips. Great communication from the hotel prior to arrival.

Pretty decent, some quirks…

Positives - OK price - no key to lose! - rooms warm - good location - free parking at the harbour about 5 mins walk away - Bathroom in room decent, shampoo, body wash, hand wash and hair dryer. Negatives - TV didn’t work - No sugar/Milk/tea for Coffee machine and kettle in the room - Very basic communal kitchen - no sharp knives for slicing bread or cutting vegetables, no oven, you cook on a plug in 2 burner electric hob, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 2 slice toaster, fridge and freezer - Double bed is a small double, taller/bigger people may find it too small

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of three and took a quad room with private bathroom. The room was small, yes but we weren’t there a lot. Excellent location and great communication with our hosts.

Room itself was clean, there was a TV, kettle and fridge but no microwave as shown in the pictures. No cleaning during the stay so be prepared to re-use the provided towels for long stays or take your own. Shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll was provided. Room was on the second floor and no lift so be prepared to carry suitcase up flights of stairs. Luggage storage was quite fiddly to open and felt risky (there were no padlocks, despite being told there were). Area was good, close to restaurants, rainbow street and the marina with bus connections.

Property was in walking distance of the city. Many dining options within 10 minutes walking. Close to bus stop #4 if you plan on taking any excurisions. Room was clean, quiet, and warm. Positive experience.

The bedroom was clean, warm and spacious. There was no coffee for the Nespresso machine despite a request. The shower had extensive mold on the tiles and a large damp patch on the ceiling where the paint was peeling off. THESE ISSUES NEED URGENT ATTENTION.

No more, no less, just what is needed.

Just what you need, no more, no less. Bathroom with shower, bed, smart television. Electric kettle, Nespresso no pods Bed was very comfortable. Excellent coffee shop/bookstore just down the street.

A tourist trap worth avoiding

Keep your money for some legitimate hotels - stay away from this unprofessional operation. The place had an extra hidden last moment free of $100 for 2 night stay on top of actual fees, shower filed with moldy walls, unscrewed and unsafe electrical outlets and did not even provide check in instructions in time. Email with photos was sent to the hotel - but no reaction - they simply do not respond to email communications and hotels com refuses to help. So - if you want feeling cheated and being lied to - stay somewhere else !

We booked a room with a full bathroom. The space did what it was suppose to do which was a have space to shower and sleep considering we were out from morning til night. The city is beautiful and the area was very safe.

Vi bodde 8 personer i stugan för lika många. Spvplatserna var bra. Första intrycket när vi kommer dit är inget bra. Utanför står säkert 30 st soptunnor och fullt med skräp runt omkring. Fanns ett askfat som hängde på väggen vid dörren den var också överfull. Inget av detta åtgärdades trots att vi klagade vid ett flertal tillfällen. Inne i stugan satt kökskranen helt löst (detta åtgärdades dock). Trots att de visste att vi var 8 personer så var där inte tallrikar, glas till alla. Utrustningen i köket var ingen direkt höjdare. Möblerna höll inte ihopa speciellt inte sängborden. I någon låda låg det dessutom en medicinburk. Det var som Var positivt var att det låg centralt och bra med parkering i närheten.

Overpriced and bad quality

They changed my room and did not notify me. It was difficult to reach customer service and get the issue sorted. The room itself had mold in the shower and visible dirt. Tv did not work. Would not recommend staying here.
