A peaceful and centrally-located one bedroom apartment with a great view. Northfacing balcony with views of the ocean and Mt Esja. Private parking spot with charging station in heated garage. For day-tour pick-ups, bus stop 13 is just a 1 minute walk from the front door and just across the street you'll find Hlemmur food hall and the beginning of Laugarvegur shoppint street. The apartment is on the top floor with a great view from your private balcony. The apartment is nicely set up with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a spacious bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished and kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and more. Large bathroom with heated floor, washer and dryer. The bed is freshly made for each stay and towels arranged.
