We had such a nice stay at Grandi. We had a suite on 5th floor which was well appointed and cosy with a balcony that had a nice view over the port. Bed was comfy and there were 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options including fresh tropical fruit and we enjoyed the cafe and bakery on first floor. All the staff were lovely and kind and special highlight was meeting the hotel cat. We loved the spa area which was really relaxing and warming after a cold day sightseeing. Hotel is conveniently located for Lava Show, Fly Over Island and its not far to the old town. Really recommend this as a warm welcoming and cosy place to stay.

Every staff I met was so kind. And there were cats all guests loved. Spacious lobby and clean room, nice bars! I can highly recommend the hotel. (There is no parking garage! You have to park your car on the street)

Room was depressing (junior sweet). It felt rundown and like a dorm room. Lumpy pillows on the beds and a glass door for the bathroom with little privacy. Bar and restaurant were nice, but would not call this a true 4 star.
