Aussie the helped us on how to get to places by bus and some recommendations in Reykjavik . Jokull the Manager was more the accommodating to make us feel like a valued costumer. He surely did make us feel valued. The dinner was amazing and our service from Merka was outstanding, he truly an asset to your team. Also a shout out to the blonde lady on the front desk you too were friendly and great at your job. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

I would rate it more than 5 stars because of the staff. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I want to particularly complement Ewa at the reception desk on 3/8/2025. I originally reserved a transfer to KEF airport at 1pm with a transfer bus service company. I had to leave early that day. The bus transfer company refused to change my transfer to an earlier pick up which I understood. After Ewa found out my problem, she volunteered to contact the bus company on my behalf, and was able to change it for me. Many thanks to Ewa!! That goes to show excellent customer service at the very best. Kudos to Ewa and Grandi By Center Hotels!

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The staff were always so happy and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good selection and I highly recommend the spa after a day in the cold. Everything needed is close by and well within walking distance. Would definitely go back.

The hotel itself was very nice, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable; the water pressure was perfect. The lighting at the sink area could have been brighter for those wishing to apply makeup, but it was sufficient for my needs. Breakfast buffet was good, though I would have liked a larger selection of gluten free foods - there was a bread, and there was no separation from the other breads. The spa was very nice. I wish I'd used it more, but I was out and about too much to be able to schedule time. My one complaint is: for the VIP drinks benefit, please allow a gluten-free beer option. Overall a great stay and I would stay again.

Would stay again. Great service and staff.

Very nice hotel in an up and coming area of Reykjavik. Close to the Bus Stop 15 where the Flybus shuttle will drop one. There is some construction going on so some rooms may get noisy during the day. We were lucky to get a different room despite an early check in. The staff were friendly in all areas including breakfast and bar area. The room and bathroom are comparable to many options in Iceland and not too cramped. The breakfast options are really good and they will even offer early options if you need to depart for a tour early. i would consider staying here again.

We had a nice stay at this hotel, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast staff worked very hard to make the breakfast service stocked and clean. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

The staff were exceptional - very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Great location - easy walk to Harpa/corniche/restaurants/bus stop 15. While our first room was overlooking the construction, they moved us to another room on the other side when we requested. Make sure to ask about the construction as that is an ongoing big project on one side. The breakfast is nice and the spa is lovely. Would stay again!

Absolutely stunning hotel which offers excellent value for money. Staff go above and beyond. The design is unique, and due to its location at the edge of the city centre, we found it easy to find free parking. The hotel offers a beautiful spa. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped with a safe and fridge. The hotel is also located some 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Reykjavik and there are some excellent restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well an excellent bakery/ café in the same building. There location also offers eady access to bus stops, which are handy for both going in and out og town and to be picked up by organised tours. We had a great stay at Grandi and I would definitely come back.
