Situated in the heart of the island's North coast, our home serves as the perfect base for your Azores adventure.

Begin your days with awe-inspiring island sightseeing, knowing that a cozy haven awaits your return.

Step inside to discover a welcoming living room adorned with a crackling fireplace, inviting you to unwind with a good book or cherished company. Two bedrooms, including a serene ensuite, provide peaceful sanctuaries for rest and rejuvenation after a day of island exploration.

Please note that the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in three bedrooms.

Upstairs, an additional bedroom and en-suite bathroom are available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary amenities for preparing delicious meals.

Gather with family and friends in the adjoining dining room, where you can indulge in freshly grilled mid-Atlantic fish delicacies from your own BBQ.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago, is a haven of lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, and coastal charm. Often called “The Green Island,” it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. From the stunning crater lakes of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo to the geothermal wonders of Furnas, São Miguel is made for nature lovers and explorers.

The island is dotted with charming towns like Ponta Delgada, where historic streets meet modern cafés, markets, and a vibrant marina. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the scenic hiking trails, black sand beaches, hot springs, and whale-watching opportunities. With its peaceful villages, friendly locals, and breathtaking views around every corner, São Miguel is a tranquil and unforgettable escape.

The best way to get to the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada Airport is just 30 minutes away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
