Not very clean. Great breakfast.

Dried urine at base of toilet. Bedding for the pull out couch bed was not in closet. When I called, I was told I’d have to go downstairs to get it. The pull out couch was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The other beds were nice and soft. The pillows were nice. The tv worked. Breakfast was very good. The pool was warm and fun to play in. Check in was friendly but slow even though it was already booked and paid for.

The Comfort Inn was a great place to stay, nice rooms, nice staff. The pool and hot tub were fun, clean and both good temperatures.

HORRIBLE!

Unfortunately, our experience was plagued by multiple issues that severely impacted our comfort and overall satisfaction. Upon arrival, we were assigned a handicapped room facing the pool area. This room had a substantial gap beneath the door, allowing excessive noise from the pool, gym, and breakfast area to disrupt our sleep late into the night and early in the morning. The noise persisted until midnight and resumed at 6 AM, making rest impossible. Additionally, the room was in poor condition. The bathroom featured a cracked showerhead that sprayed water in multiple directions, a torn and outdated shower curtain, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The TV remote was completely ineffective, and while staff replaced it, it did not resolve our other concerns. Furthermore, Wi-Fi service was inaccessible from our room, adding to our frustration. Most disappointing was the front desk’s lack of urgency or concern. When we addressed these issues in the morning, we were told that because we booked through Hotels.com, there was nothing they could do—an unacceptable response. Booking through a third-party site does not absolve the property of its responsibility to provide a comfortable and functional stay.

This is a well seasoned property with great amenities and excellent service and staff. Clearly the dinged up corners, hard laboring toilets, and slow closing elevator (that nearly didn’t open once!) need maintenance or replacement, but otherwise we had a great experience and the people are excellent, especially the lady that prepares the breakfast!

Our Favorite Place to Stay in Richfield!

We stay here every time we travel this chevron, so this was our 3rd or 4th stay. Check in is easy, the desk staff always very friendly, the rooms are clean & comfy, and we appreciate the breakfast.

not the best experience

This Hotel was OK, the bed was comfortable and the room pretty big but I found 8 small ants in my room by the desk, and one by the closet.. this made me not want to stretch and lay on the floor after seeing them. upon checking out the front desk person was gone so I told another employee and they said they would look into it not seeming to care much as I was on my way out. The Gym was super small as well. pretty much for one person at a time
