The apartment is accessed from a spacious, bright and rustic living room equipped with a French sofa bed and a kitchenette with induction hobs. The first triple room consists of a bunk bed and a single bed, a second double bedroom, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one for service. All rooms are air conditioned. The property offers large outdoor spaces and gardens. Each apartment has its own equipped corner for exclusive use with chairs, table and umbrella and a private BBQ. The ground floor apartment also offers an outdoor shower among the services.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of young people)
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ (be careful to turn it off correctly after each use), it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold 50 euros from the security deposit
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the office in Portoferraio or via self check-in if possible.
