Amazing

We had a great time here-the room was just like the picture! We were able to have a crab boil in the room and walk to the beach. The two beds were each in a separate room so it was like an apartment! Would stay here again.

Great beach for walking

This is a dated motel that could use a little TLC (painting, repairing wall dings, etc. ). And new beds! They are much too soft and bouncy. Kitchenette was adequate. Otherwise, the beach is lovely and our first floor allowed us to walk out and be on the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. Can walk into Rockaway quickly.

A decent price and good sized room with easy parking. We did not realize the front desk closed at 9pm / the lady working was kind and stayed until 920 to get us checked in. It is important to note : late check ins are no longer allowed and 9 PM is the latest anyone can check in

Overall, the property was quite clean for being near the beach. The bed: like a waterbed but with springs instead and the pillows are not great. The shower pressure was so strong it could peel a layer of skin, but great for getting rid of sand. Quaint boardwalk for walking and shopping with a sweet homemade mini golf course that made us smile.

Nice older motel, beds are a little worn as is the carpet but it’s a great location with some really nice people running it. Walking distance to really good breakfast and dinner choices.

The only complaint I have is no air conditioner.. we bought fans but the place was great! The beach right out the back door and laying in bed watching the waves was beautiful! Make sure to wear your shoes walking thru the bushes or you will get little stinging nettle things in your feet. ;) would def stay here again!

Nice ocean front motel 😍 it’s our second time staying there this summer, second time we were on the second floor, unfortunately.. mom is 90, it was not that comfortable for her to climb on the stairs.

WELL, YOU ASKED, THE BEDS NEED REPLACEMENT, NOT REALLY ANYWHERE CLOSE FOR GOOD FOOD. ONLY GOOD FOOD WAS THE HAWWAIAN FOOD TRUCK OFF 6th AVE. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN, BUT ONLY DURRING THE WINTER, WHEN HOPPEFULLY IT`S NOT AN ARM AND LEG TO SPEND THE NIGHT.
