This exclusive holiday apartment in a villa in the first row to the sea offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Surrounded by Mediterranean herbs, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and the scent of pine trees, you can enjoy peace, sea views, and the gentle sound of waves. The concrete beach is only 10 metres away, parking spaces are available at the property, and the town centre with restaurants, cafés, and supermarket can be reached within a few minutes' walk.
The apartment for up to 5 persons is located on the first floor and features two bedrooms with double beds, a comfortable living and dining room with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, coffee table and dining table for 6 persons, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and crockery. A high chair for children is also available.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer and window. The partially covered terrace offers sea view, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs for 5 people as well as a clothes horse.
Leisure activities in the area include water sports, boat trips, sailing, diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, bicycle and kayak rental, pedal boating, fishing, billiards, hiking, mountain biking, wine tasting and sights within a 20 km radius.
