The mini fridge did not work. The towels were well used. They would need replacing. The bedspread had several stains on it. The room is not sound proof at all. You can hear everything. Good location.

I can’t recommend the service and helpfulness of Carla at the B Place Cola. Carla was very quick to respond with an issue we had and I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend this as a place to stay. The facilities are excellent and it is well located. Had an amazing busy week in Rome ❤️

I thought the hotel was very clean and the check in staff was SO NICE! However, the shower didn’t drain properly and there were a lot of keys needed to open downstairs gate and gate to get into apartment. I still think it’s a great stay just needs better drain in the bathroom and maybe labeled keys.

The property was a guest house, the property manager Karla was extremely accommodating and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and was available for any information needed. The room had some wear and tear, but a lot of nice touches including complimentary drinks, an iron, fridge and hair dryer. The Air conditioning in the room was great and the mattress was firm but comfortable. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient location in Rome with lots of amenities.

Upon arrival were greeted by our hostess "Nina" who was very gracious, friendly and professional. We completed the required paperwork, and she showed us to our rooms. The rooms were very clean, well-stocked and quiet. She was so helpful to recommend restaurants to the point of making reservations for us at her favorites. The breakfast area was clean and also well-stocked with great coffee and snacks. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. It was great to have an iron, hair dryer and a full mini bar. Nina and our stay here helped make our stay in Rome a vacation we will never forget. And don't forget to try the gelato place around the corner, the best in town. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved this property and highly recommend it. It felt safe, clean, and very welcoming. Nina, the hostess, went above and beyond for us. Our room was stocked with complimentary goodies, and there was also a well-equipped shared kitchenette just outside the rooms. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from the Vatican and surrounded by great restaurants. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

The location was great because it was next to the metro and also had a lot of great shops around. It was also a ten-minute walk from the Vatican, which was a bonus for us. Additionally, having access to snacks, water, and an AC was amazing! However, during our stay, we had a power outage for more than 12 hours (we had no power overnight), so the lights, hot water, AC and overall electricity were not working. This was very inconvenient for us because Rome was so hot, so I couldn't even sleep, and we could not use the other amenities. We did not get a refund for experiencing this, which we believe is unfair considering we get charged to have access to these amenities. Overall, the location is good but I wouldn't go back.

This place is super safe within a gated complex. Carla greeted us and took us to our rooms. She was honestly great throughout the entire stay! The rooms were adorable and there were snacks and a kitchenette with everything you could think of. Area surrounding the location is super nice with restaurants and shopping. It’s only a short walk to Vatican City and the other direction is a central area with a little park. If you cross the bridge there you’re headed to various other popular locations. We just rented a e-bike which were everywhere! We stayed at multiple places throughout our trip but I loved this place out of all of them and hopefully we’ll be back.

Greeted warmly by Carla, who made sure to keep close contact since we arrived late and had to be let in. Room was clean and comfy. Included light snacks, coffee and drinks. Walking distance from Vatican City. Overall had an amazing stay!
