The hotel is very nice and clean but the staff does not respond my email when I ask them about shuttle service before I check in so I have to pay more money for the service ( the taxi driver is not really licensed driver) be careful when you travel in Italy

Property is convenient and resonably priced if staying near the airport. We only needed to stay for one night and catch our flight early morning. The room was clean however i felt aome parts of the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Overall though for the price this is a good option.

It was good for one night before our flight and for the price. There’s some mildew in the bathroom and the bed was uncomfortable. Staff was polite and the mall is attached. Airport was very close and decent for an early flight when on a budget.

Great place near the airport and a train stop!

Great place by the airport if you want to catch a plane at the Rome airport. I didn’t realize the high speed train has a stop there too!

The Fiera 2 is on one side of the railway tracks, and Fiera 1 is on the other. Need no-frills lodging conveniently located near the airport? It’s literally just a few meters from the train platform and offers 24-hour shuttle service to FCO. Fiera 1 has some shopping and food. Fiera 2 has some basic vending and what looked like a bar. The room was mostly clean, fairly modern, with lots of plugs for charging. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the bathroom was nice too. Staff was friendly. There were two issues that made be rate this room low. First was the impact of the smell when walking into the room. It was mostly cleaning solution left on the floor, but other smells too, and was so strong, it had permeated the curtains. We had to sleep with the window open and the curtains rolled up to keep from being overwhelmed by the scent. We were too tired to complain about it and figured if they cleaned one room like this, they probably cleaned them all the same. Secondly, there’s almost no furniture or a closet in the room. The bed is a built-in headboard and nightstand with a open shelf rack for hanging a couple of hangers. There were two chairs and that’s it. No dresser, no closet, no table. The TV was large. Some of the lights point right in your face. Light switches are in convenience places. This is basically a Motel 6 close to the Rome International Airport. If the smell wasn’t an issue I would have given 4 out of 5 stars. Throw in a table and I’d even bump it up to 5.

Hotel is ideally placed at Parco Leonardo. Directly outside the train station which is 4 minutes from Rome airport. The train into Rome was only 25 mins and a few €’s. I would definitely stay again if returning to Rome as opposed to a city centre hotel. The room allocated was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. All the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast provided was very good. Snacks and drinks were abailable from vending machines if required.

Nice, clean and modern hotel. Rom was sparse but nice, shower and bathroom perfect. Check in guy was very nice and helpful. Only downfall was the staff in the morning, totally ignored us for a good few minutes and weren’t polite at all when we asked them about change for the coffee machine

Wise choice but a 35 minute (adjacent) train to Rome proper and five minutes to airport. Modern mall was a great comfort. Breakfast was great value at hotel. I’d stay at a B&B Hotel again!

Decent for a quick layover stay

Place was very midern and clean. Only hard part was getting shuttle from airport to hotel and when you call nobody picks up, just an automated service that gives you instructions in Italian. But for a one night stay if you have a layover its very decent. Shuttle to airport is 18 euros. You have good dining options at the other side of the train station so that was good.
