Talo on erittäin tilava ja mukava, sopii perheille tai kaveriporukoille. Tämä upea asunto sijaitsee kuudennessa kerroksessa, hissi, jonka pinta-ala on 200 neliömetriä ja koostuu iso olohuone, josta on kaunis näköala ja parveke, ruokasali ja keittiö, 4 isoa makuuhuonetta (kolme queen-size-patjat 190x160cm; yksi yhden hengen vuodesohva (190x120cm) ja yksi yhden hengen sänky 190x90cm). Kaikissa huoneissa on suuret ikkunat. Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva. Huonekalut ovat ylellisiä ja talo on ainutlaatuinen, upea näköala ja erittäin hiljainen. Ilmastointi, lämmitys, ilmainen langaton internetyhteys, TV lcd.
Huoneisto sijaitsee XIX-luvun rakennuksessa sisäänkäynnillä Viale Due Macellista. Talon sijainti on fantastinen, aivan keskustassa, lähellä Espanjalaiset portaat ja Trevin suihkulähde. Spagna ja Barberinin metro / metro ovat kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Olemme saattaneet päätökseen huoneiston remontin toukokuussa 2015.

Our positive experience started immediately after the booking process. Fidia reached out and offered various services and contacts from transportation to/from airport to contacts to help us choose the best tours for our family of 8. The spacious apartment is centrally located in the heart of Rome, walking distance to many major attractions. The large kitchen table and living room easily enabled us all to gather and reflect in our amazing days and plan for the next. The washer and dryer makes packing so much more manageable. The apartment is bright, clean and welcoming. Our hosts Fidia and Alan welcomed us with open arms and were readily available if we needed them. We highly recommend this property.

Fidia and Allan were fabulous to deal with. When we all arrived everyone was nodding their heads up and down saying what a great place I had arranged for our group! The apartment was bright and airy with a great living room with fabulous balconies to take pictures and videos of the streets below. The supermarket was a half block away as well as countless restaurants. The large kitchen table had eight of us gathered around recalling our adventures in this beautiful city. If we were to come back we would want to stay here again.

This spacious modern condominium is conveniently located in short walking distance to the main attractions of Rome. The apartment had all home conveniences including washer and dryer. It was clean and the manager was friendly and very accessible and helpful. The view from the many large windows is outstanding. We had a very comfortable and special stay here and would highly recommend you stay.

Perfect Large Flat in the Center of Everything!

When planning a trip to a foreign country and first time VRBO renters, the worst fear is not having information. However, we got everything we needed from Fidia and the team. We were able to book private transportation from/to the airport and also around Rome. The property was perfect for our party of 8 (three couples and two singles) with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer worked well and made it so we didn’t have to pack as much. Additional information provided before our stay and a copy left at the flat, included list of restaurants and tours. I even requested to have a few bottles of local wine and prosecco for our arrival, which they accommodated. Allan, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived, and provided a thorough tour of the property so that we knew of all the quirks. Additionally, he was always available via messaging in the event that we needed something. The property was large, very clean and centrally located between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, which made it easy to walk everywhere. Our last night in Rome was celebrated with Chef Leopoldo, the in-home chef service offered by Fidia. He and his service team were incredible. Everyone was sad to leave. I would whole heartedly recommend this location to everyone who is traveling to Rome and needs a larger rental.

Beautiful apartment

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Allan met us at the property and explained how things work (which is important because some things work a little differently than in the USA). We had one little issue and it was fixed the same day which is amazing! Great place and would stay again.

We had a wonderful experience in Rome and having a quiet, clean place to come back to was perfect. The property was exactly as listed and photographed. I had many questions leading into the visit and the host was incredibly kind and attentive answering and helping with transportation to/from airport. The check-in process was easy. Absolutely loved the apartment, location was close to everything, wonderful restaurants, shopping, Spanish Steps, Trevi. Apartment balconies, natural light from the ceiling to floor windows, comfortable beds, living area was warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the apartment. Our host was so accommodating and answered all our questions as we led up to our visit and during. Our check was seamless and easy and was great considering coming off an overnight flight. We would absolutely stay here again! Can’t say enough about this place and the host!

Absolutely amazing!

Our family are seasoned travelers who have stayed at numerous hotels and rental properties - and I can confidently state this this property was one of the finest we've been to. The owner - Fidia was extremely easy to communicate with - and went out of her way to make sure everything was well taken care, including airport transportation. Her assistant Allan met us at the place and was also incredibly helpful. Check-in couldn't have been easier. And as this was our first trip to Rome - it really helped that they provided us with a detailed document with the best restaurants, tours, museums, things to do, etc. .. Fidia also recommended a friend to set up private tours - Crazy4Rome - and again - they were fantastic. Easy to communicate with - and the tours we took were exceptional.What's most important in any vacation stay? Location! And this apartment is just the perfect location - steps from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Tons of great restaurants outside the door and transportation was easy.The actual inside of the apartment was equally wonderful. 4 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. And the central living room was spacious and beautiful. The views outside the windows were just lovely. All in all - couldn't recommend this place any higher. If you can - book it - you won't be sorry.(Only negative note - nothing to do with Fidia - is the Rome cab drivers can be a rip you off. Make sure they use the meter and give you the right change! )

Great place. Centrally located. Lots of room to spread out, with 4 good sized bedrooms, and large living areas with lots of big windows.Communication with the management team is excellent.Only reason it doesnt get a 5 rating is that the bathrooms are a bit tired and in need of a renovation/refresh.Other than that it's great...

Excellent location and very comfortable home for a multigenerational family trip. Communication with host was excellent and we really appreciated assistance with shuttle transportation for an early flight. We would definitely stay there again!
