This room features a private bathroom with a spacious shower, bidet, and hairdryer, and it is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, and a flat screen TV. The accommodation includes one double bed and one additional single bed. Please note :For bookings of 1 or 2 guests, the double bed will be assigned, For booking of 3 guests, both the double and single bed will be provided. For booking of 2 guests wish to use both the double and single bed, an extra charge will apply.
The room is located in a guest house with five rooms, all with private bathrooms. A bright and inviting common area offers a pleasant atmosphere to start the day, where you can socialize while enjoying a delicious coffee. Guests also have access to a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, available in the common area at all times. Check in is self service from 3: 00 PM onwards using a numeric code that will be sent the day before arrival. If guests plan to arrive before 3: 00 PM, they can use the code to access the common area to leave their luggage and begin exploring the city, but they should not take the room key yet. Check out is at 10:00 a.m. Guests must leave their keys in the same locker where they picked them up upon arrival. If necessary, they can leave their luggage in the common area and return to collect it using the codes provided. However, they will not be allowed to access the rooms, which have been sanitized and ready for new guests. The property is not responsible for storing luggage.
Rooms are cleaned daily, and bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days and (obviously) with each new guest. Each room is provided with keys, allowing guests to come and go as they please. A penalty will be charged for lost or broken keys. The following are not permitted: Use the kitchen Bring other guests into the property Smoking, consuming alcohol, and/or drugs Bringing pets, unless otherwise agreed with the owner with an additional daily fee. Please: Do not disturb other guests Keep the volume of your voice, music, or television at a level appropriate for harmonious coexistence with guests in neighboring rooms Turn off the lights, water, and air conditioning whenever you leave your room Do not throw anything down the toilet or sink that could clog the pipes Close the interior doors and the exterior door of the elevator to prevent it from getting stuck on the floor.
