We liked the choice of books , the lighting , bed size and the breakfast was great. The room , was on the small size , the hanging space was suitable just for one person, not for 2 adults and we felt that there was a lack of space in the room. I wouldn't recommend the room size if staying over 2 nights for 2 persons.

We got in after midnight and got assistance from the front desk although it was virtual checking. The rooms look brand new, very clean and comfortable, we got assistance from the front desk every time we needed a taxi, staff very polite and speak perfect English. I will stay there again.

Was disappointed with citizenM. We had problems with a strobe light in our room that went off sporadically at night, which made sleeping difficult, and the staff had problems fixing it. Also had problems with the iPad controller for the TV.

Booked based on the reviews and location and so glad I did. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, staff happy to book taxis for you and answer any queries. Room lovely. No tea/coffee facilities but there was a hairdryer. Great black out blinds and a very comfortable bed. Really clean and modern. Felt like breakfast was pricey but a decent choice and all fresh. Thanks for a great stay!

I want to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff was amazing and very helpful. The beds were too hard to our liking. Also, they don't have double beds. Being from the US, there were only two channels in English, which is totally fine. They have an option for screen share from your phone or tablet, which is great, but we couldn't get one of the rooms to connect to the TV.

Hi, I highly recommend this hotel. The service is excellent, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and every detail of the design reflects how much they care about their guests. The lighting, music, and temperature in the room can all be controlled with the iPad they provide. I also loved that each room includes a few philosophy books—I enjoyed them so much that I ended up buying copies to take home. Be sure to purchase the breakfast ticket during check-in—it’s amazing, and you’ll get a discount by booking it in advance. There is also a laundromat six minutes' walk from the hotel. You can do your laundry there in half an hour for seven euros. The hotel is located in the heart of Rome, yet tucked away in a quiet area. It’s the perfect balance: you can easily explore the city and still return to a peaceful, restful environment. It really makes the whole experience feel special.
