The entire flat has been renovated with a focus on sustainability: water-saving taps, energy-saving lighting, containers for separate waste collection and a central smart home system to limit consumption. The living room with open kitchen is bright and spacious, also suitable for dinners for 6 people. The numerous lighting points allow you to create different atmospheres depending on your needs. The comfortable sofa quickly converts into an extremely cosy bed to accommodate two additional guests and has its own light point for reading.



The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, cooker with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer and a state-of-the-art microwave oven.
