Extremely disappointing

Whilst the apartment itself is well located and fairly nice we were extremely disappointed by the way it was managed. There were multiple maintenance issues, no TV as advertised and no duvet cover despite the quilt obviously having been used by someone else. Maintenance issues were delt with but it felt like complaints were met with excuses rather than apologies. I rarely, if ever, leave a bad review but it really feels like this place is not ready to be occupied by paying guests.

Nice apartment Borgo Pio

This room is on the second floor and located near Vatican. There’s no elevator and washing machine. But the problems in the room was solved immediately by the staff who is in charge. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop and taxi station close to this apartment.
