This boutique was everything we could wish for. Our stay was fantastic. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. We had a great stay at Firenze boutique rooms. The host Riccardo was so helpful and always available if needed to ask any questions. He also checked in to make sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. The rooms are clean and the building is secure. Ricardo is very attentive and accommodating. His response time is rapid and timely. He has a great knowledge of the area for restaurants and other services you may need, like laundry. Overall a really nice place to stay without all the hustle and bustle of a big hotel. Firstly the room was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay, it was perfectly situated and easy to walk to from the train station, and was close to many great restaurants etc. Many of the sights of Rome where easily walkable from the apartment. Riccardo our host was most helpful from the monent of booking until we checked out. Check-in was a breeze as was our check out. I highly recommend the apartments.
