This was a great property in the heart of Florence. A little noisy at night due to so many people out on the streets but it did not keep us up. Convenient location for walking around town.

They lock the doors at night and nobody was in attendance. If you forgot your keys, you just didn’t get back in. They were not helpful when you ask them to help you get a taxi. They said that they could not do that. They were not helpful at all. It was very expensive for the lack of amenities.

Better than expected

This boutique hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The central location could not have been better. It was within minutes of walking to the Trevi fountain, the Spanish Steps, and all the best shopping! The room itself was better than I expected and the private terrace was just incredible. Had the best experience in Rome.

We did not have a pleasant experience at this hotel. The bed were the hardest worst beds possible. It was like sleeping on an uneven board. The key cards didn’t work. There was consistently no one at the front desk during normal hours and when they were there they were not friendly. It was so loud at all times and the rooms had paper thin walls. Overall a really bad experience, we ended up cutting short our trip a day early to go home even though we didn’t get any money back.
