The Space:

Golden House is a stylish and comfortable apartment, ideal for families or small groups seeking a central and well-connected home base in Rome.



It includes two elegant double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with access from the patio), and a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and a cozy lounge corner.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare meals independently.



A dedicated workspace makes it suitable for business travelers as well.



Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, and dryer.



The private, fully enclosed patio offers an outdoor space with garden furniture and a dining area—perfect for summer dinners or relaxing moments.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor, except for a small storage room used for laundry supplies.



We offer a self check in option, which allows the guest to access the apartment at their preferred time after 15.00 pm.

Please note that for assistance with check-in outside of standard hours involves an extra fee of €25 for assistance after 9PM and €50 after midnight.

The Neighborhood:

The house is in the Monti area, famous for its tight and colourfull alleys, walking a bit you'll be able to taste the area itself with its small stores and homemade cusines



Getting Around:

Most of the important spots are at a walking distance

no more than 10 min radius and you can arrive to Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna etc.

BuddyRent manages this apartment with care and is happy to assist you before and during your stay.



The property is cleaned and sanitized by trained staff to ensure a comfortable environment upon your arrival.
