Igea is a one bedroom apartment with a small paved garden within walking distance of the Policlinico Gemelli, the Vatican City, the Olympic Stadium and the large Parks and Pinewoods that the capital offers. Located in the Primavalle district, it is well supplied with every activity such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops. It has pay parking on the street, 300 metres away are the various AutoBus stops, 2 km away is the Battistini Metro stop (LINEA A).
The flat of 60 square metres is located on the ground floor and is surrounded by a paved garden of about 10 square metres, ideal for enjoying the sun and the greenery of the city of Rome.
Inside it consists of:
LIVING AREA divided by the KITCHEN CORNER including OVEN, Microwave, Fridge, Dining Table and chairs. The RELAXING AREA consists of a new sofa and a 30" HD TV.
The spacious DOUBLE BEDROOM where it will be impossible not to be captivated by the picture of the Vatican's St. Peter's Basilica and the Tiber River, there is also a large wardrobe with a vertical mirror and a 30" HD TV.
The BATHROOM is equipped with Shower Box, Washbasin, Mirror, Hairdryer, WC. There is a free Welcome Kit!
