Guests, beware. The room selected was not the one available to us. We were given another room in another building in the back of the one advertized with the pictures of the food court (with the diner setup and wine bottles) wich we never saw. Not even sure if it exists in that building. Could not figure out the shower's water temperature. It was either scalding hot or cold and you have to keep trying to adjust it just right until you give up. The room will smell fried fish and other foods if you open the window for a minute because of the restaurant's exhaust near the windows. Advertized daily free "cooked to order breakfast" also not true. We received a voucher for a very limited option of corassants and coffee drinks (1/person) at the bar next door. I am glad it was for a night to leave to airport the next morning. Other than that, check in was easy and the room was nice, clean and tidy.

"Booker beware". I wish i had read the reviews more closely before booking. This property is adequate for a short stay. It was not clear from the booking description that this is actually several properties so the address given initially and to which i had the taxi drop me and all my luggage was not where i would actually be staying. If you have little luggage, no big deal, but i knew i was going to have excess baggage due to my personal circumstances, so it was very inconvenient. This also made the fact that the description of a one floor walk up being inaccurate more frustrating. It was two floors. Besides that, the communication was frustrating. The contact messaged me one time to ask when i would be arriving since arrival hour staffing is limited. I was arriving in that window, and the response was "great". I did not receive any additional information until the day i was to check in while i was on a plane, so i could not receive messages through WhatsApp. It would have been much more helpful if the person could have asked for my passport information and given me more specific information about the true address and the fact that there would be no person to help with check in when the "great" message was sent. Beyond that, the name "Luxury Boutique" leads one to believe that you will be in luxurious accommodations. This location is clean, conveniently located, and reasonably well maintained. That does not equate to luxury. 3 stars is fair here.
