Huoneistossa on 3 kahden hengen makuuhuonetta, joissa on oma kylpyhuone (pyyhkeet, puhelin, saippuat, shampoo ja väriterapia) ja toinen kylpyhuone kylpyhuoneen ulkopuolella kylpyammeella. Kahden hengen vuodesohva olohuoneessa ja pinnasänky ja baareja lapsille (enintään 4 vuotta pyynnöstä). Keittiö on täysin varustettu, astiat, astianpesukone, kaasu-uuni, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, pesukone, kuivauskaappi, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi, silitysrauta ja -lauta, savuilmaisimet, hiilimonoksiditunnistin, sammutin, ensiapupakkaus .
Olohuoneessa on kahden hengen vuodesohva, jossa on taulutelevisio 55 "3D lasit, WI-FI.
Parvekkeilta (2) on näkymä yksi kuuluisimmista ostoskaduista.
Hyvin lähellä Ottavianon metroa ja monia julkisia liikennevälineitä voit helposti tavoittaa kaikki Rooman osat.

Home away from home

Stayed with my family of 5 and the space was perfect, spacious and had everything we needed during our long haul vacation. The washer and dryer was such a perk! Amenities in the unit were smartly available for our needs. Location is convenient, felt safe, close to many grocery stores, exceptional restaurants, shopping. Host was excellent, easy to communicate with pre-during-post visit.

Recent one-month stay

Apartment is modern and well-equipped. (Kitchen is the best I have ever seen in a vacation rental.) Neighborhood is safe and has many restaurants, stores and other services (the nearby market is terrific.) You will have everything you need. Owner is very pleasant and responsive; she communicates well in English. Seamless check in and out. Great advantage to have bathrooms for each bedroom. Good closet space. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. Our stay overall was more than satisfactory. However I do not think the apartment is well enough furnished or maintained to qualify as a “luxury” property, especially for longer stays.

A Haven in Rome

If i could give 10 stars i would! This is an excellent property when staying with 6 people or more in Rome. Pictures are accurate and each bedroom has its own ensuite. The bed was even more comfortable than my bed at home Place was spotless lots of supermarkets near by within a 2 min walk from front door including a great Open air market 10 seconds from the front door of the building Metro access is about a 5/8 min walk away New modern kitchen and even a 4th bathroom included All cutlery and cooking accessories more than adequate Communication with Franchesca was EXCELLENT and she was very precise and thorough in her instructions Also suggest if you are arriving into Rome via airport use her recommendation of car service. They are seemless and reliable using high quality vehicles and reasonable in price We used them from the airport and also they transported us to meet our cruise ship 3 days later driving us right to the checkin area at the port. They can be used reached by email and reply promptlyGreat neighbourhood that is safe with restaurants everywhere Less than a 5 min walk to the front entrance of Vatican Museum we had a 0745 tour of Vatican tour and so very convenient due to close proximity Very easy to access the colosseum and Forum via Metro 35 min including transfer time This is a GEM of a property and if you are looking for a home away from home in Rome this is the place to book!!!!!

Nice large 3BD, 4BA airconditioned apt perfect for our 3 boys (21, 19 and 17). Close to public transportation and great neighborhood with many restaurants. Apt has some normal wear and tear likely from the constant use of visitors. We enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation of a lifetime

It was our first time traveling with our three grown kids ranging 27, 18, 17 and we started off in Rome traveling Italy for 24 days. This was our first stay and we spend 6 wonderful days here. The apartment was perfect just what we imagined ! It had everything we needed very comfortable clean all the extras in the kitchen . Great lighting the rooms were great size and the location was wonderful! Everything we needed right down stairs. We even walked a couple of nights into the busy tourist areas of Rome and it was fun and felt super safe and didn’t take long at all quick fun 30 minute walks to central Rome . The hosts were wonderful quickly returned our questions if we had any . We thank you for making our start in Rome great! We loved it and recommending it to our friends.

Great Property

The location of this property is perfect for exploring Rome. You can find everything from food, gelato and markets within minutes of the unit. Check in and check out was easy with instructions provided. We did have an issue with one of the AC units but the owner tried to fix it and the effort was appreciated even thought it was not successful. The only thing that was inaccurate was the price per person per night so hopefully they update the listing to reflect the correct amount, especially for people like me who preplanned the exact number of euros I would need. Beautiful, roomy apartment that I would absolutely rent again.

Very nice and great location

The property was as stated and is in a great location. It was bright and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the place, especially in the evening. There were a few issues regarding the washing machine and main a/c but the host worked quickly to get everything fixed. We all said we would stay here again.

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment was exactly as listed. Francesca was prompt with communication at all times. The beds were very comfortable. There was a spectacular market across the street and several restaurants very close. I would definitely stay there again.

Rome Trip

The location of the apartment is fantastic, just a block away from the Vatican museums, St Peter’s Basilica a little further on and a metro station conveniently near as well. The bedrooms are all a good size and all have en suites. The issue for us (a family of four) was that there is only a two seater (three at a push) sofabed to sit on, which was not enough space for the evenings after a long day of sightseeing. It was pretty uncomfortable as well. Also, we struggled to get in on the first day as we could not open the front door to the building upon arrival. It turned out that a new key pad had been added in the days before our arrival. The host had these details when we called, but had not shared them with us - an important oversight.
