pros. very convenient location near the train station. cons. noisy, walls are thin you can hear the active restaurant next door and the neighboring rooms children fight and cry. Hot rooms ac trickles out cool air probably 80 degrees Shower floods My wife and daughter slept some i could not sleep with the noise and heat. If I was staying another night I would book somewhere else.

Stayed for one night. In front of termini station. It looks dated but it does the trick. Surprisingly, the beds were very comfortable! I slept like a baby...Also breakfast was really good. The girls working in front desk helpful and efficient, very professional. Water was hot. Did not like the drainage in the restroom. It had a mild smell from it. However, it had a balcony. Nice touch. Air conditioning worked perfectly no complains. Good value.

Hotel is beautiful. We had a small issue with our reservation so they couldn’t give us the room we wanted. However, we were able to get accommodated in different rooms that were nice as well. Very good breakfast buffet. Definitely recommended.

Excellent location. It’s right next to amenities and the rail station, metro, bus station and taxi stands, making it so convenient for travellers to catch any transport. The downside is, as we were given a room on the ground floor, we could hear some noises coming from the street. But as we were staying for a night only, we put up with it. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Extremely disappointing experience. As soon as we walked into the room, we saw multiple ants lined up right above the bed. We requested a room change, but the staff was uncooperative. Instead of helping us, they asked us to leave for one night and return to the hotel the next day. One staff member was especially rude and refused to let us speak to the manager. They showed zero respect for tourists. Also, the rooms look nothing like the pictures online—don’t be fooled by the misleading photos.

A gem! Right across the street from the train station. Easy access to Metro, trains, shopping and many restaurants. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to their newly renovated rooms within a separate building on the next street over. Quick walk to the main hotel and it had so much character and style. At least three restaurants right outside of the front door. Make sure to check them out! Especially Andrea’s Pizzeria. Amazing service. The hotel staff was super friendly and made sure all of our needs were met. The breakfast staff were truly a pleasure to be around with first thing in the morning. The service and food was excellent.

Location is convenient by train station. Breakfast staff friendly. Check in staff not friendly & didn’t answer my ask for an early check in as we had very few hours in the hotel before our flight & needed a rest. Very poor soundproofing. The worst part- no mattress cover on the mattress just a thin sheet which seems unsanitary. How can they possibly keep the mattresses clean? Room was dark and dreary, not as pictured. Air con was strong though which we needed in the heat wave. Not recommended.
