Huoneisto, josta on näkymä Colosseumin alueelle, on kauniilla hissillä varustetun rakennuksen viidennessä kerroksessa vilkkaan Montin kaupunginosan sydämessä. Huoneistossa on olohuone, ruokasali, vuodesohva ja kaksinkertainen vuodesohva 140x200 cm, huone, jossa sänky 160x200 cm, huone, jossa sänky 140x200 cm, pieni huone, jossa sänky, 80x200 cm, keittiö, kaksi kylpyhuonetta (pesuallas, wc, bidee, kylpyamme / suihku, hiustenkuivaaja). Huoneistossa on autonominen lämmitys- ja lämminvesijärjestelmä, Daikin-lämmitys- ja jäähdytys-ilmastointijärjestelmä, 100 Mbit / s kuituoptinen Ethernet-verkko, Wi-Fi, satelliitti-tv, pesukone, silitysrauta. Parvekkeelta, kahdella pienellä pöydällä ja neljä tuolia, kohti Kolosseumin aluetta, Konstantinuksen kaari, S-kirkko. Spacious apartment with plenty of everything. 4 adults stayed happily for 4 nights over Christmas 2025. Could handle 6 adults in this space with ease. A bit of investment in paint may be needed soon. Pros: quick walk to the ancient stuff; lots of square footage; three br and two full ba; comfortable beds; large dedicated dining area and two comfy couches set up like a sectional; well-stocked kitchen with large fridge; lots of light AND shutters to create shade, privacy, darkness; outdoor space overlooking the ruins; a very small elevator; quiet due to elevation; easy host with good instructions, and gorgeous mid-century custom-cabinetry. Cons: 32 (or 40?) inch tv in a huge room; closets not in the room for two brs; tight stand up shower stall or less water pressure in the tub shower; could be cleaner but I think the owner will be improving that. We would return, especially if we were coming with people new to Rome as the location is good for touring.

Overall great place. Good location, adequate AC and great balcony to enjoy evenings. Had an issue with shower water pressure, very low, very difficult to wash long hair and some ants in the kitchen but that happens. I would certainly come back but would appreciate to address water pressure.

Great location, great stay!

Great stay steps away from the Colosseum. The apartment was exactly as advertised, very spacious with beautiful views from the balcony. Communication and check in process with the owner was easy and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for a visit to Rome.

Great location!

This penthouse has it all! The Colosseum is 2 blocks away and there are any number of restaurants near by. The place was clean and bright with big windows in the living room and kitchen. Lots of books available to read about the area and some history. The host was super easy to contact and communication was really good! 10/10 would recommend!

Rome in a Day

We were only coming into Rome for one night. This place was perfect. The host was so nice and accommodating. The elevator was a huge bonus to get our luggage up to the penthouse. We would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Apartment has a lot of character. Loved the design. Beds are comfortable. Views are amazing. Restaurants, grocery, Coloseum and Forum very convenient. Hosts were responsive.

Amazing Stay! -- Definitely Reccomend

This is an amazing place. Alberto is the owner of the apartment and he is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. He gave all of the informaiton we needed, and then gave us the space to enjoy the City.The apartment is located in the Monti district one block away from the Colloseium, convinient to the Metro. The rooms are great, the kitchen is magnificent.As soon as we stepped in, we felt like we stepped into our own home.We have already recommended this place to all of our friends who visit Rome.

Couldn’t pick a better place to stay!

Wow! Felt like we were in a fairy tale. The house and location exceeded our expectations. There is also luggage drop store just a couple hundred feet away if needed. Walked to all of the main sites. Enjoyed wine on the terrace and listened to concert that was going on while we visited. 2 couples and 1 child and we had plenty of room.

Manager was rude as he was in suite when we walked in yelled asking how we got in! Received several type of bug bites. Sliding door to balcony was broke. Blood on one of the room sheets, we requested new sheets he dropped off but didn’t change linens on bed. Online site says very little stairs, not true if elevator in use you had to use several flights of stairs, needs maintenance

Amazing location and apartment

The location of, and view from, this apartment is incredible. We would stay here again. The apartment is huge, with amazing views in every direction, depending upon the room. We had considered bringing along my 84-year-old mother, because the description says 12 steps to the elevator. Glad we didn't, because the elevator does not get you to the apartment level. Manageable for us, might be difficult for some. Did I mention the apartment is huge and has amazing views?

Spectacular stay!

Apartment was exactly as described. We were greeted by the host’s son who explained everything in detail for us to feel at home. The space was perfect for 4 adults exploring Rome for the 1st time. From the balcony you have views of the Colosseum, the arch of Constantine and the ruins of the temple of Venus. We found the beds comfortable and although we did not use the kitchen it had everything you needed to cook meals. Once we accumulated to the high temperatures the Ac was a great perk to have! The Monti neighborhood was amazing & the host provided a list of recommended places. All the restaurants we tried were superb and authentic. The only recommendation I would have is if you have anyone who cannot walk flights of stairs I would not book the apartment-you must navigate many stairs. Other than that this is a perfect choice for your Roman holiday!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 7. It was very clean and the views were beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone and the location is excellent. Perfect for exploring all the major sights. Alberto and Nelum were quick to respond to any questions we had. The map provided with local neighbourhood recommendations was very helpful and appreciated. Would definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Great location with a view of the Colosseum. There are several restaurants and stores in the area to enjoy. Very easy to catch a taxi or an UBER for pick up. One of the rooms has no air conditioning if you are using all 3 rooms.

A Nice Place to Stay in Rome!

This apartment was very roomy for our family of four. There was plenty of space for everyone and the balcony was very nice! The apartment is in a great location near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Having laundry and drying racks was helpful.
