Olemme vain kivenheiton päässä kuuluisasta Piazza di Spagnasta, joka on kuuluisa ympäri maailmaa portaikastaan ja Fontana della Barcacciasta, ainutlaatuisesta ja erehtymättömästä ympäristöstä, joka mainitaan Puccinin Toscassa ja D'Annunzion Piaceressa. Voit kävellä 1900-luvun alkupuolen ilmapiirissä kävelyllä Piazza di Spagnan vaunuista ja nauttia jälkiruokaa Antico Caffè Grecossa, Via Condotti.

Se on kaupungin tyylikkäin ja arvostetuin alue, jolla sijaitsevat suurten muotimerkkien putiikit, kuuluisalla Via Condotti -kadulla ja viereisillä kaduilla.

Olemme 3. kerroksessa tyylikkäässä rakennuksessa Bocca di Leonen kautta, upeiden suunnittelijoiden kadulla, korkean muodin putiikeissa ja luksushotelleissa.
Olemme erittäin tilavassa huoneistossa, josta pitkä käytävä johtaa olohuoneeseen. Tässä ympäristössä on ruokapöytä, TV-alue ja mukava vuodesohva kahdelle.
Makuuhuoneet ovat 3. Yhden ja kahden hengen huoneet, jotka on sisustettu nuorella ja nykyaikaisella tavalla, ja kahden hengen huone, jolle on tunnusomaista aikaisen '900-huonekalut, yhteensä 5 vuodepaikkaa, joihin on lisättävä olohuoneen kaksi. Sisäänkäynti johtaa pieneen sisäiseen terassiin.

Siellä on kaksi kylpyhuonetta, molemmissa suihkulla. Täytä huoneisto keittiö, jossa on uuni, jääkaappi ja astianpesukone. Keittiö johtaa tyypilliseen verantaan, jossa on toinen ruokapöytä.
Se on erittäin hiljainen huoneisto, kaikki ikkunat ovat rakennuksen sisäpuolella eikä kadulla, ja tyylikkäät, antiikkihuonekaluilla, jotka sulautuvat sisustuselementteihin.
Huoneistossa on myös TV Sky-tilauksella, ilmastointi ja ilmainen WI FI-Internet-yhteys.

This was a great apartment for our stay in Rome. Centrally located and walkable to all the sights. Tons of shopping and restaurants near by. The apartment was spacious and clean. On arrival, we were met by the host and she went over all of the details for heat/air, appliances, WiFi, elevator. I’d recommend this apartment for families traveling to Rome!

Wonderful condo in the prime location

The condo was wonderful and gave us a nice reprieve from the heatwave Europe was experiencing. Everything was just as described and the location was safe and perfect. The host was accommodating and so sweet. I would rent here again!

Great location

Apt was great location and slept 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably. A couple minute walk to Spanish Steps. Mgmt company arranged a handful of great excursions for us. Super smooth.

First, the positives: this is an amazing location near the spanish steps, the Medici Villa, subway, the best shopping, a huge park, tons of restaurants. Beautiful area! And, the building has an elevator which is great when you have your luggage. The apartment has plenty of space, a washing machine, a kitchen and plenty of room to hang out. The biggest down side is the bathrooms are tiny. There is no where really to put your toiletries/make up and very little room to move around, tiny sink. And, it feels a bit sterile. It could use some rugs or something to make it feel a little cozy. Also, the bedroom windows only have shears, so the sun comes in bright in the morning. But, overall, a good apartment in a great location.

AMAZING STAY IN ROME & EXTRA EXPERIENCES!!!

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in the Condotti shopping district near the Spanish Steps. Excellent location. Down the street is a market and also one of the best locations for cappucino and breakfast pastries! The ROMAC team went above and beyond for everything we needed. We are family of 5 - husband, wife, and 3 tall teenagers (over 6 feet tall). We were coming to Rome for 3 nights/4 days as the first stop in Italy - and it was fantastic!! Prior to our arrival the wonderful group at ROMAC helped us secure a driver from the Rome airport (FCO). We arrived quite early, so they suggested a luggage storage close to our apartment. Then suggested a golf cart tour of Rome after lunch (yep, they made our reservations) which gave us a wonderful overview of the city. I wish they had arranged every one of our tours because they vetted each of them like a curated travel agency. **ABOVE AND BEYOND** my 15 yr old son left his phone/credit card in a private car from a tour company that ROMAC did not coordinate. I reached out to them for help and they called the organization and retrieved my phone and brought it to our apartment!!! (All of this so that we could enjoy our visit to Rome without worries!). Wow wow wow - cannot say enough good things. Will find a way to use them again!

Wonderful stay for a family visiting Roma!

This 3 bed 2 bath apt was super convenient for our American family of four with two kids ages 6 and 8. It is on the 3rd floor (small elevator works if needed) and has 3 different doors with 3 different locks so we felt very safe. It’s right in the middle of so many great shops and restaurants (including gelato and a few different small grocery stores), just a few short blocks away from the Spanish Steps and all of the good shopping, 10 min walk to Trevi and Pantheon, and 30 min walk to Colosseum (we did all of these walks with kids, all manageable). Our host was prompt in meeting us right when we arrived, giving us a quick tour and the keys, and even arranging a car service (at reasonable extra cost) to pick us up from the airport to take us to the apt (much needed after a long day of travel, and they can include car seats if you need). There is a small kitchen and breakfast room, as well as a big living room with a smart tv (so nice after long days of walking). I was a bit nervous to do VRBO instead of a hotel, but this turned out to be a much better option for us (as we would’ve otherwise had to get 2 hotel rooms for the 4 of us). Highly recommend!

Perfectly situated and well-appointed apartment

Lovely charming building, perfectly suited for our family of four. Host mgmt was very patient with some confusion regarding my flights changing and accommodating a late arrival. Apartment as pictured. Rooms were clean and welcoming. Cannot say enough good things about the area - easy to get around, high end shops nearby, plenty of eateries, safe and clean neighborhood.

The communication with the property managers was very good and the property location was great. Very small showers. Furniture in living area is not very comfortable. Could use mirrors in the bedrooms (currently hung very high so are unusable). Location was worth the small inconveniences.

Excellent location and very clean

Communication with the owner was excellent. They responded quickly to my questions. And were very accommodating to our early check-in request. And then we were very late instead with car rental and metro issues, but our concierge was very patient and waited 2 hours + for us without complaint. The location of the property is ideal. It is on the 3rd level, and has a small lift which is great for luggage. But we used the stairs to come and go (good exercise!). Close to everything for walking, restaurants, nicest shops, or the metro. Very clean. Big enough for our needs. The beds were a little on the firm side for our personal preference. We didn't do any cooking, so can't comment on the kitchen facilities. Bathrooms are very small, but efficient. It's pretty quiet with the rooms not exposed to the street side. The only concern were the wood floors are waxed a bit too much, though, and a bit slippery. Security is very good with even needing a key to exit the building.

Large apartment, great location

Just a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps, the apartment is convenient to the sites, shopping, restaurants and the Metro/bus. The spacious apartment provided everything we needed for our recent holiday to Rome. The triple lock system (two at building entry and one at door) made us feel very secure. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet Secure Rental with Great Location!

Older building with good security as there is 2 locking gates to get into complex and a heavy steel reenforced main door. It’s a clean functional living unit, there was coffee so you could have a coffee in the morning. Location was excellent, it was close to subway for getting to the Vatican and colosseum and it’s only about 2 blocks walk to the Trevi fountain. There was also a close grocery store for food and a great gelato bar 50m to the right on the corner as you exit building. They were quick to respond with booking and the welcomer was friendly and kept good communication. Would recommend to others! P.s. bring adapters, as there no USB outlets and a portable mirror as the only mirrors were in the bathroom. So if those are needs for you, bring some :)
