Elegant apartment in the heart of Rome, facing Piazza Navona and behind the suggestive Campo de 'Fiori, less than 15 minutes walk from the Vatican. The check in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., check out is within 10 a.m. Different arrival are subject to confirmation by the property and a surcharge may apply for late arrivals.The newly renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower and 1 fully equipped kitchen. The largest room (Room 01 of about 30 square meters) houses the living area with lounge and dining table. Both bedrooms have double beds and are completely independent of the bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people if you use the sofa bed in the living area (2 beds dim. 160 x 200). Located on the 1st floor of a historic building dating back to the end of the 19th century overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, it has a location that allows you to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot. In front of the entrance door there are several stops of the public transport service to and from Termini Station and to any other destination. Within walking distance a wide choice of local restaurants bars and services of all kinds. TAXI and BUS station less than 100 meters. Possibility to rent bicycles to get around Rome, a few meters from the house. Air conditioning available from 1st May to 30th September (hot season). No smokers. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment can be reached with 1 flight of stairs without a lift.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. The location was great, really central for walking to the main sites of Rome. We had the view of a busy square it was nice to sit at the window and watch the world go by.The beautifil Basilica of St Andrea was just opposite unfortunately it was under renovation during our stay. There are plenty of cafés and restaurant within walking distance The host was very helpful and arranged our transport to and from the airport. We had a great stay in Bella Roma.

Location is excellent, easily able to walk to sites or there is a taxi stand and large bus stop just around the corners. Felt very secure in building. Easy access from the airport with a large, comfortable taxi that the host set up at our request. There was adequate space for the 3 of us to spread out, especially enjoyed the 1.5 bathrooms for getting ready in the morning. We enjoyed the proximity to multiple restaurants and sites, even getting some pizza from one of the downstairs restaurants one evening so we could relax after a long day. Our only slightly negatives from the experience was the beds were quite thin and hard as well as very thin pillows which I know is personal preference but did impact our sleep quality. Also, some of the furniture in the living room was looking rather worn. Overall, we would consider staying again.

Perfect location — we could walk everywhere we wanted. The apartment is in an adorable historic building and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s literally steps away from Piazza Navona, with a bodega just downstairs (Islam was so kind and always gave our daughter lollipops when we walked by!). Surrounded by great bakeries and cafés, the location couldn’t be better. Mary and Damiano were wonderful hosts and even provided a crib for our child. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Rome!

This was a dream location, a few blocks from the Parthenon and other locations. Easy to walk or grab an Uber if needed. The host also arranged a car for us from the airport for total convenience. We loved sitting with the window open at night. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location, right in the heart of all the areas you'll want to visit. Host is extremely communicative and very helpful. Apartment very clean and well appointed. Note that apartment is up 2 flights of stairs. Also, 1 bathroom is rather small, but the overall space very functional.

This is the perfect apartment to see Rome, whether it’s your first or tenth time in this beautiful city! Very close to Campo De Fiori, Piazza Novona and the Pantheon. And if you’re here during the hot months, the AC works great! Mary was an excellent host! Check-in was a breeze and she even accommodated a late check out for us. There is a flight of stairs, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage or other mobility issues. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again! Photos are the view from the window and the beautiful church next door.

The property is in a residential building with local residents and right in the heart of a business district with shops, restaurants, banks nearby. Air conditioning worked wonderfully during the heat wave. Small kitchen and washing machine worked well for us. Everything was ready for our arrival. The host was very helpful with information. Very well located… just a block or 2 from away piazza Navona and just a street over from campo Di fiori. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5. No lift but it was only one flight up. The washer is really only for undergarments.. I wouldn’t recommend it for large items or big loads. Overall, very comfortable and centrally located!
