The hotel is new which explains why it’s clean service was pretty good the breakfast was ok not excellent, it’s missing places where to eat other than berberé pizzeria . The pool closes too early at 6PM which is a huge downside for us .

This was such a gorgeous property in a very convenient area. Right by the tram which was a short ride to the metro. They had free iced water at the bar and a restaurant and amazing scenery and service. Very cleanly. Would absolutely recommend!!

Very hip hotel with nice amenities. The hotel has a unique property that includes several restaurants, an outside playground, pool and great gym. It is in a renovate set of buildings, and provides a quiet oasis to the hustle and heat of Rome. Styled after the American "Tru" by Hilton style, the decor is fun, cool and very Gen Z. There is a pool table and nice courtyard. There is an electric tea kettle in the room. A nice attention to sustainability are the glass water cups and wood-based (not plastic) access keys. The hotel feels fresh and new, but it is still working out its efficiency. Some of the lights in the rooms don't work, and/or there are switches that attach to nothing. The menu is fine but there are not enough waiters. Check in is electronic but there are glitches. It needs to work out some kinks. Also, it is not "near" Termini. It is a good 25 walk from Termini station.

New hotel with large surrounding area, plenty of seating inside and out, including a roof top pool and bar, and indoor bar. There is a pizzeria and hotel restaurant on the property, so you have food options if you are wanting to stay local. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. The local area is a little bit of a walk from termini station and local sights. We didn’t explore the public transportation as we were happy to walk to the city. Though be aware that the hotel is slightly further out and some people may feel safer getting public transport or taxis into the hotel. This would be my first choice hotel to come back if I return to Rome!

Not walkable to main tourist attraction. Staff not the most welcoming. More of an event/work vibe then hotel. Rooftop pool awesome bartenders not very attentive or friendly. Room was clean and reasonably priced but add ones like breakfast overpriced for what you get which is cold food. Not the nicest neighborhood to walk around in so pretty much stuck with hotel food and drink when there. Pretty much just slept there and ate when out during the day. Attached pizza place was awesome tho good pizza and friendly staff.

The hotel was really modern, cool, and the staff is really nice and kind. The breakfast was varied and tasted really good. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you might need during your stay. The neighborhood is okay, doesn’t look as nice in my opinion but the hotel is really close to the train station and has a tramway stop right across the street. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Rome.

Tried Calling the Hotel for a Bigger Room They never answered the phone Unbelievable When I messaged them thru the Expedia App They said Expedia had to call them To change the booking? When Expedia called them they said only way I could change the Room is to lose my Prepaid 8 Night Total of over 1000.000 What a Joke
