Off The Beaten Path Perfection

I LOVED this hotel. It's just under two miles away from the main tourist spots, but this hotel was perfect to wind down at after sight seeing all day. Super quiet, great staff, and wondeful eating options on site. It's a vibe. The buffet breakfast was EXCELLENT.

Absolutely LOVED this place!! Staff was outstanding. The facility is exceptionally clean and efficient. And WELCOMING!! I've never been in a hotel where you see SO many people enjoying the shared spaces. Food was great. Location is fantastic. The gym is ridiculous!! Nicer than most!! Easy access to the historical areas....which is everywhere! Had an unbelievable first time in Rome!! Thank you!! Grazie!! Special thanks to Ludavica at the front desk and Alex in the restaurant!! Stellar!! The whole staff was great but they stood out!! Will definitely be back....with my wife and child!!! Well done, Social Hub!!! Will definitely recommend to anyone I can.

Idiotic idea that customers would use app or digital screens to check in and even do laundry. System fails and overworked single staff person does everything anyway. Same failure as CitizenM before. Stupid managers think they can save costs by frustrating tired guests with xtra work. Never coming back and recommending all not to. Neighbor room was let left open after cleaning. Cups not cleaned. Used towels left. No coffee cups even if there is coffee machine. Disaster. Beautiful design, they need to hire real management and kill the digital system, make a human system instead.

We had an amazing stay at Social Hub Rome. The staff at the rooftop bar was so amazing, especially the one bartender was so nice and knowledgeable. He absolutely made our stay memorable and would be the reason we came back to your establishment as he made us feel like we were home. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and the morning breakfast and other facilities were great.

The check-in at the hotel is automated, so there isn’t much staff at the reception. However, whenever you interact with the employees, they are really friendly and welcoming. I found the rooms comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel grounds are beautiful—perfect for relaxing. The only small downside is the location: the hotel can be a bit far from main attractions, so it’s handy to get around by tram, bus, bike, or scooter. This can get a bit repetitive if you want to go out often. Overall, I had a great stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch they gave for our couple’s anniversary, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
