This is possibly the most beautiful, stylish and clean hotel I have ever stayed in. I appreciate it’s new and expected it to be very tidy and polished but staying here was a fantastic experience. From the spacious grounds that you walk through, to the stylish reception, it has a friendly warm atmosphere. Everything about this hotel was perfect; they even make delicious coffees, pastries and cocktails in the bar too. There were some fantastic food options nearby for a real authentic Italian dining experience as well. The only downside is that the location could seem a little “rough around the edges” when you walk from Roma Termini or central Rome. I am used to living in busy cities so it didn’t phase me, but there is a railway bridge to walk under. Overall though I highly recommend this hotel for a city break!

It's a big complex and modern new hotel in the midst of ancient Rome. The bed room is a bit narrow but not a big problem, bathroom is good size. Everything else is good and convenient.

I’m so glad I found this place for a trip for Italy. It was modern, fun and the amenities were incredible. Right when we were walked in, we were greeted and everyone was so kind which was well needed after such a long flight. There were plenty of local restaurants all around us and a few convenience stores, which were great for us to grab a few snacks and water. I also love that we were walking distance from the main station so we can easily hop on a tram, a bus or have a convenient place for a taxi to pick us up. The pizza shop that is attached to this hotel was phenomenal and fresh tasting. I love the fact that they not only had the rooftop bar, but there was a bar on the inside that not only served alcohol, but pastries, and coffee as well. If I can give this place an 11 out of 10, I would. I have absolutely no complaints from our stay and I highly recommend if you are staying in the Rome area to 100% stay at this hotel it is well worth it.

Good value.

Check-in was fine. One is apparently supposed to check oneself in, but it seemed no one could do it without assistance, which makes one wonder what the point could be. Room is super-clean, spare. In the little-things-make-a-big-difference department, while there is coffee and tea in the room, there is no cream or sugar or even stirring stick or cup. The swimming pool is only seasonal, and this should probably be made clear in booking app descriptions.

It’s my first stay here and won’t be the last! I love Social Hub. Location: conveniently located 2-3 min walk away from a bus station. It was great for me since I rely on public transportation to get around in Rome. Amenities: this is the highlight of my stay. The hotel is well decorated. It has bar and restaurants (one inside the hotel and a pizzeria outside of the hotel but still on the premises). You can lounge everywhere in the lobby and outside since the weather in Rome is great in May. They have a rooftop pool and bar (the pool is closed for a certain time in the year). They also have free laundry! Security at the entrance checks guests coming in and out so I feel safe here. Staffs: the staff are so nice and accommodating. They speak English well and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. I’d recommend everyone to stay here.

Great place to stay

Everything about this was great. Exactly as advertised. Can't say anything about the food as we did not eat here. Tram stop right outside and the staff are so helpful and welcoming.
