Villa Michelangelo, built in the early 1900s, is a beautiful villa in Art Nouveau-Roman style, and is located in the old Monteverde district, an oasis of greenery and silence close to Trastevere, the characteristic neighborhood that served as the backdrop to many films that made the world aware of that mix of bravado and good heart that characterize the Roman people.
Purchased by our family in 1994, it has been completely renovated (the last renovation was completed in 2020) respecting the architectural standards of the time, but using all of today's technology. It consists of three floors plus a basement. This offer concerns the main apartment which occupies the first and second floors and the small annex which occupies one side of the basement, and is composed as follows: on the first floor we find an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a large reception room with TV satellite (Netflix, SKy, Disney Channel), dining room and living room, a bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen equipped with electric oven, double-door refrigerator with ice crusher, dishwasher, microwave oven etc. and the laundry.
On the upper floor there are: the master bedroom with a "king size" double bed and single armchair/bed, a double bedroom with bathroom, sauna and shower for two people, a large bathroom with double sink and Jacuzzi bathtub for 2 people, a third bedroom with a double bed and also a sofa bed for two people and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all rooms, no-limits wireless internet. In the basement there is the annex with independent entrance (also with air conditioning and internet connection). The annex consists of a small living room with a double sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. In this configuration the villa can accommodate a maximum of 14 people, in a beautiful and well-furnished environment, large spaces and attentive service. Silence and comfort will make your holiday unique. Baby cot with sides and high chair available free of charge on request. Also available on request are two parking spaces closed by an electric gate (7€ per day per car). To complete this beautiful villa, a series of equipped outdoor areas: a beautiful garden with gazebo, and a green terrace with sitting area and dining area, thanks to which, after a day spent enjoying the extraordinary beauties of Rome, you can relax in a splendid context, authentically Roman.
