Villa Schmidt is located in the Hohe Düne - Warnemünde district and lives up to its name. Situated in the first row, the sea is only 100 meters away from our feel-good place and can be reached via direct beach access.



We have two separately bookable apartments that offer space for the whole family. The apartments for up to 6 people have a high-quality kitchen, a bathroom and a private terrace with a barbecue and fireplace.

In addition to the idyllic garden, the highlight of Villa Schmidt is the wellness and sports area. Here you can find peace and relaxation in the steam and dry sauna, with a nice foot bath or with a soothing massage in our massage area. If you want to exercise, you can do so on various high-quality sports equipment in the fitness room.

The apartments have a cozy communal area where you can also meet in larger groups. We also provide our guests with Bicycles, washing machine, dryer, beach chairs, beach shells, beach toys, ball games and stand-up puddle boards.
