We didn’t get to stay there. We were told last minute that our reservation had been moved. The new apartment was terrible. Absolutely terrible. This is no way to manage a long held booking. I want a refund. Viator please action. Do not book this place!

The room was cute, its really like your own home with all the kitchen essentials that you need as well and with a sauna too, the location was great as it is near a train station and major bus options. Some shops are walkable too.

Property was perfect sized for a couple. The dining table had plenty of room and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to eat or have a takeaway. We had a car which was not easy to park locally as most spaces are permit. We were told on day 2 that there was a space we could use but there was someone else already parked there. Communication was clear albeit a little slow but we muddled through. The sauna off the bathroom was lovely to use though we couldnt work it initially. The TV did not work at all. Blinds were good enabling us to sleep when daylight was so long (end of May) but the balcony did not feel like a place we wanted to sit out. Overall, the property was ok and value for what we paid.

Sofa bed very comfortable. One side not very flat. Great for children bad for adults. Opposite Rovaniemi railway station.Grocerie K-Market nearby.Overall I would recommend this stay to others

Excellent location, fantastic transport links, on the edge of the city centre so not right in the busy middle but still in easy walking distance. Well maintained, excellent condition, plenty of information provided on location regarding local services, activities etc.

the place was tidy and comfortable... the only thing that was negative was that only one set of towel/hand towel was provided for our 6night stay (though there was a washer it was not easy to dry towels) and no extra garbage bags too.. But overall... Very good! Thank you.

체크인시간까지 청소가 끝나지 않아서 조금 기다려야했지만 전반적으로 깨끗하고 3일 동안 지내는데 불편함은 없었고 기차역 바로 길 건너편이라 기차를 타고 로바니에미를 관광하는 사람들은 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 무엇보다 사우나가 정말 좋았습니다!!!! 추운 로바니에미에서 관광하고 그날의 피로를 싹 풀어주는 사우나는 최고입니다!

当日夜に到着したとき、残念ながらドライヤーが無かったのですが、管理人に尋ねたところ翌日朝に持ってきてくれました。 それ以外の設備は揃っていて部屋も清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 個室サウナにはみんな一度は入るべき！コレはフィンランド文化を体験する良い機会ですから。

Ruhig am Bahnhof gelegenes Appartement

Die Unterkunft ist ideal am Bahnhof gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Die Kommunikation ist etwas schwierig, da auf Anfragen nicht reagiert wird. Die Informationen zum Check-In kommen aber pünktlich am Anreisetag mit allem was man benötigt. Das Appartement hat zwei Zugangstüren. Die äußere Tür haben wir nie geschafft abzuschließen. Die innere Tür ging dagegen problemlos. Die Sauna ist perfekt um nach einem kalten Tag abzuschalten.

Die Nähe zur City und zum Bahnhof. Bus zum Weihnachtsmanndorf und zum Flughafen gingen gegenüber am Bahnhof ab. Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden und gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Rovaniemi

Perfect!

Second time in Rovaniemi with this company and perfect as the previous time. Apartment really comfortable (with own sauna as the first time!). Comunication by whatsapp has been really dinámica. Perfect in all senses
