Had issues but they were addressed and resolved
I know this hotel has made some nice improvements lately—better beds and better customer service overall—but our stay in Room 634 was a letdown. The room had a strong, funky smell from the moment we walked in. We reported it to the front desk, and although they said they would address it, nothing was done. It was Thanksgiving, so maybe they were short-staffed, but we still expected better.
We ended up buying our own Lysol and Febreze just to tolerate the room. For over $360 for 3 nights, that shouldn’t have been necessary. On the positive side, there were no roaches and no major issues besides the odor.
A late update. The king gentleman and lady at front desk helped us by changing room. Thank you for making it right.
