The bed was sloped inon the right side, and the bedding was not changed before we got there. It had a bad body odor on the sheets and pillow cases. We had to go down to the front desk and get all new sheets and bedding and change it ourselves.

We had conjoined rooms for three moms and three kids. One of the rooms overwhelming smelled like cleaner so much so that it bothered our allergies. Pretty sure there was also mold in both rooms. The staff was fine but definitely not overly friendly. Luckily we only stayed one night. We left with my asthma which is usually great in California completely flared up and only stopped when we had been out of the hotel for a couple hours in fresh air. I never write hotel reviews but this one needed to be done. I would never stay here again.

I went to check in after we called around 1pm to tell the staff member that we would be coming in late due to a festival going on and apparently the card declined due to a new card and the hotel called while we at the concert without leaving a message I called back 4 min later and phone kept ringing without an answer they canceled our room we are now stuck with no room at 1am not a good feeling
